Wasn't King Cobra made from inferior Japanese steel? Also Shockwave at SFGAm was a year younger than Vortex and was scrapped in '04 for Superman. Hope Vortex stays but don't be too sure.

I went to SFGAM this past weekend and suffered through one train operation on X-Flight and Superman. Beast is awesome with three! If the coasters ran 4 or 5 trains that would hurt Fast Lane sales. Which I believe is why SFGAm was running several coasters below full capacity, to increase Flash Pass sales. On a positive note I hit my 60th coaster, the classic Little Dipper!

The one that claims to seek the wind but is actually quite afraid of it would be my first guess. Edit-I got beat!

My high school took our senior trip to Kings Island back in 2000. Some of us thought it would be a good idea to bring some "party favors" in a pinchy box. We got caught before we got on the first ride, and since it was in my hands when we got caught I took the rap and got booted from the park. I had to sit outside and ride around on the trams for six hours until the rest of my class came out, which sucked but I was ok as long as school didnt find out(I didnt tell security I was on a school trip). Well we made back with no teachers aware, but come Monday sure enough someone had spilled the beans. I was expelled from school with only a few days remaining in my senior year! Had to re-do a trimester in the fall. And that was my first trip to Kings Island. And I'm sure it was a school disapointment!

How about the worlds 1st and 2nd longest water coasters at Holiday World. They use LIM's though unlike the old "Master Blaster" style that use water pressure.
