Going in the first couple of weeks will help you crowd wise. It gets more and more crowded as the weeks go on. That being said I recommend going the second or third week so that we scareactors have a groove going on our scaring techniques lol. Also plan on what Haunts/Rides you want to go through/on. I would go through some indoor haunts first to avoid the crowds and then start on whatever rides you want to go on. Obviously ride lines will be shorter than usual because of people going through the houses. Hope I helped ya out some.

It usually goes up about a month before the Haunt begins. So i'd give it another week or so.

I would love to see a doll house come to KI. Dolls are just plain creepy. Another idea is toys gone bad. It would have to be done right though or it would be as terrible as Mysteria.

Im thinking they may open the gates an hour early but still have the houses start at 7. I dont know obviously, but thats what i'm thinking.

The train is classic and fun in its own way. Keep it as is.

Well I know when I worked the Haunt last year there were quite a few props and enviroment pieces broken and ruined just from us running around the maze. Not done on purpose but things do get broken.

Monday will be better simply because more people like to go weekends rather than weekdays. I'd still expect a large crowd but it should be better than Sat. and Sun.

Wife and I will be there on Monady, Not going for any big rides, just going to hit up some smaller carnival rides, white water canyon and then Soak City.

I hear ya, the stop at the end really hurt. ill try that seat next time on the ride and see what happens! Thanks for the info!

by the way the rides i got in were, Diamondback, beast, Vortex, Firehawk, Flight of Fear, Adventure Express, bumper cars and twice on Delirium. and also took a break from the heat and watched the dinosaur 3d show. were the only people in the place lol. got a very good sunburn as well!

Besides being hot it was a great day to visit! Crowds were low all day, never had more than a 30 min wait for any ride I went on. Diamond was just as fun as I remembered it! MY sister was terrified though lol. Worst ride of the day for me had to be Vortex. Very rough ride, far more so than I remembered. But other than that great day! My wife and I will be going to the park next Mon as well since we can get in free with our military id's.

Headed for a lovely wet day at at ki tomorrow!At least the crowds will be small lol.

Don't have any friends with a Gold pass, sad to say. Got back from the Air Force and they have all moved away lol. But thank you for letting me know about the card use guys! Using my free tickets from working the Haunt last year and taking my little sis to KI for her graduation present.
