Roller coaster accidents are big news didn't you know. Now to call what happened to the Diamondback an accident is a long stretch. The ride safety system did exactly what it was supposed to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I for one was a huge fan of Phantom Theater and wish that it was still around. The change over to Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle I think was a big let down especially when the ride started to degrade. I do think that something needs to go there similar to Phantom Theater or at least put a haunted house dark ride like the Haunted Mansion somewhere else in the park maybe in the old TRTR ?? As is the current ride is severely broken.

So I have wondered for the last couple years why Halloween Haunt hasn't been expanded to the Picnic Grove. You would think that they would use that area since they have all those buildings sitting there unused. Also as a side note I went to Haunt this year and after going through a lot of the haunts I feel that the actors need to have a better dialogue. All but two did boo or argh and as a fellow Haunter from a different haunt I felt as if the actors were lacking a dialogue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's not that big of a area back their. Not sure why everyone thinks they are going to do a extension. The park does have room next to Firehawk, but the Dino's are their right now. Off Topic but I think this Photo was taken during one of the smoke emergancys at Flight of Fear. Notice all the fire trucks and ambulances in the back part just above Flight of Fear.

First off Just because there is Smoke does not mean there is a fire. Do I think that it is weird that there was 2 smoke related incidents in 2 weeks near the same ride, Yes but reporting in this country has really gone out of hand. Its more about who can be first than who can bring the most accurate information. And then they leave it on their site instead of editing the story to tell the actual story instead of the truth. I would rather watch the daily show for my news than actual news.

I am so tired of Media Blowing things up. First FoF then this. Why dont you get your facts straight before reporting.

Is it just Shadows but i see groundwork happening.

The drain is always open which goes back into the drainage pond when they turn on the ride to turn on three pumps which then keeps the water level the ride needs to be for the to function. I would have to disagree I would have to say it's no more dangerous than a regular water ride. The water empties out rather quickly and even while working on the station we never had an accident except for maybe a boat going into the overflow and stopping at the gate. I've had two occasions where we had to e stop white water canyon thank goodness it was nothing major. Such as a "spash" as I was one of 3 water centurians for the ride in 2003 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When talking theming i more or less ment like a rushing waterfall or a crashed boat on the rocks. Somethingelse to emerse the rider into the ride. (short of sinking their boats.

Since it is off season I have noticed that the white water canyon has needed some much needed Theming/Love. I have noticed that the cannons have been updated but other than that nothing else. What is everyone elses opinion

There was a death on Flight Deck during its Top Gun years in 2003 there was a mother and her child and the child begged the mom to go on. The mom had a heart condition and died during the ride. I worked on the ride the next day and heard all about it. (Now i could of been fed a line of b*ll and I will fully admit that) If they rename the ride I personally would like it to be named the Raven, with all black track and supports, Maybe even black trains Just a thought. I do agree that renaming it The Bat is a bad idea.

So just throwing this out there. How do we know that they arent building more than one ride?

If I had to guess, The reason they have the leg restraints is because of the Launch System that propells the car.
