  1. My favorite was at Cedar Point. While standing in line for Top Thrill Dragster, a father was talking to his son and pointed up to a jet plane flying over head and said, "See, that's how they keep the guests cool in the park. They are laying down cloud cover."
  2. In do time. Terpy, who sometimes likes undo puns HA! As far as the actual tree situation goes, I think that any type of construction is good--as long as we end up getting new rides. Landscaping can be made to fit a ride stamp, but a ride can't usually be made to fit a landscape...at least not without altering said landscape a little bit.
  3. Holy mackerel, what a great portfolio! I am extremely in awe of your eye!!! Great stuff man, especially the SoB! GOOD POST!
  4. Good pics. I enjoy seeing any type of behind the scenes stuff, especially when it involves my favorite rollercoaster of all time. Good post.
  5. My guess would be a tie between White Water Canyon as well as The Monster. I suppose there are not too many rides that have manual ops anymore at KI. I did have a question that may fall under ride operations, however: How long does it take to fill the waterway in White water Canyon? I notice during the off season and when under repair it is drained (makes sense in general) and I just wondered how long it took to refill the waterway and loading area. I can't imagine what kind of Emergency SOPs are required when you are working water rides.... yow.
