Deaths At Kings Island
Umm... No. Nowadays, red, at Kings Island is just that-- Red. How does nobody get this? If you wear a red shirt, it means you are doomed and will die soon! (Seriously, I'm surprised no one has made this joke yet.)

Should Kings Island Change Their 2013 Season Pass Prices?
Yes, but then you have kids like me, who can easily be mistaken for someone a few years older then they really are. You'd be surprised at how many people think that I'm 15 or 16 when they first meet me.

KI 7/9/12 Afternoon
I went today for a short visit in the afternoon after a 2 week absence from Kings Island. I had recently gotten stitches in my knee, so my list of rides I could ride safely was very limited, being limited to mainly Diamondback, Delirium, Drop Tower, and WindSeeker. When I first got to the park I noticed that the 'Throw the Ducky in the Fountain' thingy (the name escapes me right now) was back, except this time instead of Rubber Duckies, it was Rubber Snoopy's, which is pretty cool. I ended up buying one later in the day. Afterwards, I went to go see Ed Alonzo's Psycho Circus of Magic and Mayhem, which I love so much. Especially funny today, when the little kid "accidentally" knocks over the microphone stand, Mr. Alonzo said "Oh no... You killed Magic Mic." (B-Dum Tss) After the show, I rode Diamondback, which I both love and am also terrified on, because the restraint just barely can't fully pin me in (if that makes any sense), so when I go down the hill I rise up off the seat to the point where I'm practically standing up. Must admit, can't say it's my favorite feeling, though it's still a fun ride. Next, I went to ride WindSeeker, which was, well, WindSeeker. It's a fun ride, it's just I can't say much about it. By that point, I had realized that Delirium was closed, which I was really disappointed about, since that's one of my favorite rides. I was going to ride Drop Tower, but I was pretty hungry, so I decided to go to the Festhaus to get some Larosas and watch British Invasion. I'm always surprised at how filling a slice of pizza and two cheesy breadsticks can be. British Invasion has a lot of great songs, including the entire section just for The Beatles, but they do sound pretty weird, since they aren't being sung by British singers. It might sound like nitpicking, but I find it to downgrade the performance just a tad. Also, there's a song revue centered around bands and singers from The UK, and they don't sing Bohemian Rhapsody? I for one, I'm appalled! I know that it's an adult song, but The Muppets did it, and it worked out great! Finally, I went to the candy store and got some frozen lemonade, which tasted a lot better then I thought it would, and it was a lot of frozen lemonade for the price. I also rode Diamondback again. All in all, a fun afternoon at the park, even if I couldn't ride most of the rides there.

General Son of Beast Discussion
On an unrelated note, if they were to open the ride back up, I'm kind of curious as to how the park would advertise it. If you consider all the messed up rumors, and how almost everyone I talk to think's that people fell out the loop and other weird stuff, they'd have to do (I imagine) a good amount of work to actually get some people to ride it. I don't think renaming it would work since a lot of people probably know what the ride is since it's been sitting there for the past 3 years, and even if the accidents known to be directly caused by the ride weren't deadly, they were still accidents none the less, and at least to me, that'd make me just a tad apprehensive about riding it. What do you think? Mod Edit: Removed reference to a conversation that was delted.

What year were these fireworks?
Wait, those were real fireworks used at the park? I always thought that picture was just enhanced to make it look as spectacular as possible. So were the Nights of Fire just special fireworks, or was it more?

Dining at Disney
If you want to go for some great theming, try the Sci-Fi Dine-In Cafe in Hollywood Studios.

Videogame themed
Super Mario Bros. came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1985, not Super Mario 64. That came out in 1996 for the Nintendo 64.

Avatarland update?
It's most likely going to be for an area themed around the film 'Avatar' in WDW's Animal Kingdom.

Does Kings Island need a New Wooden Roller Coaster?
I've never ridden any of those rides, so how do they differ ride experience-wise?

Does Kings Island need a New Wooden Roller Coaster?
Are there any other types of wooden roller coasters aside from the PTC(?) that Beast and Racer is? How do they differ from each other?

Coke swelter stopper
I was actually at this today, it's really nothing special, just a bunch of club lights/music, free video game stations, and some little cups of Coca-Cola. The Coca-Cola is pretty refreshing though.

Ed Alonzo’s Psycho Circus- Magic and Mayhem
Constructive criticism involves giving ways to improve the show, unless I missed something (and I probably did) all you've done is rant about how horrible it is. Is there really not a single positive in this show for you? Or a suggestion you could make to have the show be better? Because I really want to hear that, what would you do to make it better? This seems to be one of the worst shows you've ever seen, so what would you do make it better?

Ed Alonzo’s Psycho Circus- Magic and Mayhem
And now comes the time where I talk! I did see the show today and it seemed.... confused. It would alternate between odd dancing sequences and potty jokes. I'm okay if it's raunchy but if there are three year olds in the audience, make it innuendos and double entendres, watch some clips of The Pee-Wee Herman Show on Broadway or better yet, Pee-Wee's Playhouse as that was meant a little bit more for kids than the former, but it could still be enjoyable to watch even if you're older, but I digress. Point is, the show while not as horrible as some people are saying it to be, as it's actually pretty enjoyable, Ed Alonzo is great onstage, the show itself could be better if it evened out the juvenile parts and the more raunchy parts. 5/10 Now I know that it's not good to feed the troll as it'll just lead to him posting even more, and the last time I tried this sort of thing it didn't end well, so the following is kind of sort of a joke, but it does contain both my actual opinion and a few over exaggerations. (If the following should not be posted inform me and I will cut it out. ) SoakCity, even if you are an "expert" (*coughbullcrapcough*) in the business of entertainment, I think it'd matter a bit more of you were an expert in the magic business. But hey, what do I know, I don't have the apparent backstage pass of the gods to entertainment that you do! Also, I have found that one should never ever ever ever ever ever ever that they "know about what they speak" because they are an "expert" in a particular field, because unless you are the person who created it, you don't sound like an "expert" and nobody thinks of you as an "expert", they think of you as ungodly annoying. However you were right about the toilet paper bra trick being gone today, it really was gone. 1 point for you!

New Season Pass Loyalty Program Tidbits
Exactly. They use their little hand scanner thing to add your season pass info. By the way, I just had 50% off Fast Lane, 15% off a meal, $9.99 bring-a-friend ticket, and a free game play added to my perks. Wow, what level are you?

New Season Pass Loyalty Program Tidbits
Well, this is awesome. Free drinks is pretty nice for the first prize you get, so I just can't wait to see the prizes at the higher levels.

Another Change That No One Has Mentioned (I Love the 80s Store)
Was it just me or were they not selling the regular Rubiks Cube? I saw a "Rubiks Twist" and a Rubiks Cube that had silver foil sides but I didn't see any of the regular colored cubes. Weird huh?

What are your plans for the 2012 Season?
My plan is the same as every year: Try to ride a roller coaster!

Coasting for Kids 2012
Yes, because between Disney World and The Racer (not that it's a bad coaster), The Racer always wins!
