About the stairs... it might be a single rider line but it could also be for "front of train/back of train." Was that just a paramount thing? Also, I completely forgot about the fangs. They add a nice touch. Especially since CF usually doesn't give 2 craps about theming!

I have some sinister news about our friend Mr. Don Helbig. It seems that name is only an alias, as his real identity has been leaked to the media. Don Helbig is in fact..... Andrew Zimmern! It seems that instead of spending that week in Sandusky, Don Helbig was in Thailand eating giant shellfish! Sorry. I couldn't resist.

So, it's been a month and I don't think KICentral has updated their photo gallery.... Any reason for the lack of photos? Or did I miss something? I have a fever, and the only cure is photo gallery updates.

I also rode MF on closing day this year and it was pretty cold, especially at night. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, though, because the lines were so short that day I think the longest wait we had was an hour, and that was for Maverick.

On the topic of B&M's: I've ridden Chang, Mantis, Raptor, Hulk, and Dueling Dragons. No complaints for any of them; in fact Raptor is still my 3rd favorite ride at CP behing MF and Maverick. (sorry, TTD fans. TTD is ok but for the wait I'd rather get a bit more action). I can't wait to add DB to this list; it's going to be indescribable bliss. Terpy, thanks for taking my Troll description lightly. I say weird stuff like that from time to time. Can't wait for the hammerhead to be finished.

No, I didn't know that. I meant Troll in a jolly Monty-Python way I guess. I certainly wasn't trying to insult the guy. I don't even know him. And yes, I did a fair bit of lurking over the past few months. Mostly because this thread gave me way better updates than the official site and KICentral's photo gallery.

That's Terpy's affectionate name for Nitro at Great Adventure in NJ. He speaks in puns and riddles and such. Kind of like a bridge troll. (no offense)

Up next: the hammerhead. Hopefully they keep up the pace with track construction. (I know other stuff is going on; I just like seeing progress being made.) This thing is going to be legendary.
