Congrats to Rick! The man is brave, you have to give him that. 112 feet up on a cable that's less than 1 inch thick, and the whole thing with no net! Now, I don't know how deep the fountain that he was walking over is, but I can guess that it'd still hurt quite a bit if he had fallen. Again, Congrats!

I rode this on Thursday the 3rd. They had a special going so that it was $5 per rider. I talked my friends into it and we went up there...It was such a thrill! I don't know that it would've been worth $60 as opposed to the $15 I paid to get us up there, but I still loved it

But I get to go back again on Saturday. It'll be wierd without having to brush my hair out of my eyes while I'm walking around and pushing it back down after it's been windswept on a coaster or other ride. I need to eat Miracle-Gro or something and get it all back XD

I'd take a pic now but I'd look completely different. I borrowed my friend's brush cause The Beast had blown my hair every which direction and it gave me lice -.- So now I'm shaved almost bald. The Beast gave you lice? Who knew! Terpy, who just HAD to Lol...I guess I kinda had to see that coming >.< Lol. *Fixes it*

Ugh...If they'd just "Chop" those things off then I'd have an amazing time on the ride.

On the whole, pretty boring day. The rain came in at about noon, lasted for a half hour or so (During which time I rode The Crypt at least 5 times). After that we went into the Action Zone to ride Drop Tower, Delirium, SoB, and Invertigo (Some poor girl's cell phone flew out of her pocket in the half loop-corkscrew thing and smashed on the pavement). Ran into a couple friends from school and we chatted for awhile about how our summers had been. Before I knew it, it was 9:45 and the fireworks started. I rode The Beast real quickly, and then ran over to Vortex and ended up being the last ride of the night (Front seat! Ended up sitting with a guy with a really thick british accent who kept screaming "BLOODY HELL!" The whole time through). A good day though. I'm going back on Saturday. This time with some guys who will actually ride some fun stuff with me instead of leaving me to ride alone.

Lol, I don't know what trim brakes are, nor do I car how many of them there are on [insert coaster here]. I just know that I've had fun on every ride i've ever ridden (Rode?) at Kings Island. The only exception to that is Delirium. Those stupid poles on the little overhang that has the ride's name on it scare the living hell out of me. I tuck my legs up every time we go past them.

Amen! I tell my brother that constantly to get them on rides that they're afraid of going onto. "But I could fall out and get hurt..." They always say. Well, you COULD have gotten into a car crash on the way here, but you didn't. You COULD have been kidnapped in line waiting to get in here, but you didn't. If you spend your life worrying about what COULD happen then you're not going to be able to have fun with anything.

Was wearing a white Tshirt that had "Rock Academy" on the front of it, Khaki cargo pants and a pair of skateboard shoes. Black hair that goes down just past my earlobes. And I meant that on the two rides I saw you on, you got on as I got off.

Rain wasn't all that bad at KI yesterday... Of course me and my friends got soaked while heading towards The Crypt. But after riding that four or five times (Not much else to do in the rain) it was dry outside and we went about our day.

Yeah, I saw you at Avatar today. And at Drop Tower, you were always getting on as I was getting off. The rain wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be though, we just rode The Crypt four or five times and it was over.

I rode The Beast at night time for the very first time roughly two hours ago. It beat the crap out of me but it was awesome

Yeah. Like I said earlier, let's hope the weather is better than it should be. If anyone is going Thursday and sees this thread, I'll be meeting a group of friends by the place where you can pick up park maps as soon as the security guards let us past the metal detectors.

Good point. I learned that the hard way, only it was with hitting kids who made me mad and not stealing things.

I told my parents about it, he got a pretty rough couple of weeks for it too. I don't think he'll be doing it again XD

I'd say Drop Tower is safe to ride. I prefer not to ride it though because I can't stand the feeling you get when you drop straight down. How it feels like your stomach is going up into your chest
