I think positive G's are way more fun. -G's can be fun but like on Diamondback every hill is the same... I like switching things up once in a while.

I'd like to SOB to stay ONLY if they can make the ride smooth. If that would cost to much money to fix or maintain then I can understand it being removed. This year when I rode it my friend came off the ride barley being able to breath. I thought he cracked a rib.

FOF has like 4G's, Vortex gas some crushing lateral G's on the front seat when it goes into the MCBR. Too much for me, and The Vortex is getting really jerky, I'd like to see it go bye bye. Yes flame on...

On racer the only lockout is being on the tracks lol, you can walk right next to it there are fences up when it gets closer to the ground. That placement of skyhawk looks amazing and the shop looks amazing as well. Bravo

Mine ride and gemini are steel coasters, just because they have wooden supports does not make them wooden coasters. I don't know why that is hard to understand. Anyways, I think this thread is getting a bit out of control....

When I worked at KI I was told by maintenance the backwards racer was a real pain to maintain. I'm guessing the hours and money spent on keeping it backwards was too much. I don't know if that is the true reason but is a possibility.

Did you mean TTD? I don't think we would get one of those unless its going to break KK's record. TTD is fun, but I'd rather see a ride that is longer then 20 seconds. A B&M Floorless or Invert would be awesome, or a giga intamin Getting a giga though would probably have the same chance of getting a TTD look a like

^^ Ha ha Yeah I know what you mean. The loop is there then all of the sudden a new image loads and like magic it's gone.

I think people should goto www.bing.com/maps and click on birds eye view when you get over KI. You can really see the terrain back behind the park for yourself. If Ki was to expand back behind x-base, there would have to be a transportation system. Either a monorail or a cable car type, because the walk from the front of the park to out past SOB would be fairly long.

No way, MF is a much better coaster(In my opinion). I guess I over-hyped the ride and was expecting more. The ride is a fun don't get me wrong, just wish it would provide more thrill. Getting zero g's is fun, but after you keep doing it over and over it gets boring and repetitive . I've only been on a handful of B&M's and my favorite by far is Kraken. I know they don't compare at all but I would much rather have something like that then Diamondback. That's just my opinion...

I would like to see an intamin roller coaster, I don't want to see another B&M unless it is a floorless. Diamondback was a big let down for me.

If your replying to my post, um yes.. I used to work there and the ride was breaking down high. The reason was a faulty cable sensor, an electrician told me how they fixed it.

From my driving experience, interstates are just as bad as a lot of roads around here.

9 News just reported this issue saying its closed because a lady received a head injury. That ride just needs to be taken down, and an intamin giga coaster put in its place.

Yeah there was another thing done to drop zone just recently, they took out the sensor that detects a cable snap. The ride kept breaking down high, the sensor kept faulting. So if a cable snaps, hope the people on the ground hear it....

FOF used to run with train 2 and 3. Now it is 1 and 3, so you must have saw train 2 sitting there. Train 1 still has the video stickers on them from a couple years ago. O and that building by timberwolf is the old monorail station, and is the site for steel coaster maintenance.

Yeah when I first got on I was like YESSSS!!! no seat belt, then after the second hill I was like WTF?!?!? NOO SEAT BELT. This talk of having no restraint is crazy and obviously you haven't rode in the back. You would get thrown out, trust me. I had more room then I should of on my lapbar and my butt came wayyyy out of that seat.
