I think i heard on here that they were putting the fog back on top gun this year along with some other special effects on other rides...or was this just a rumor...

^ I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! I keep getting that quite a bit recently ever since db started testing...it makes me sad and a lil mad but I know a part of it is with what computer I am using... I know!!! IM the exact same way this year. last year was the first year I really decided to try just about everything at the park...My stomach is doing flips right now just thinking about opening day and me actually getting to work there this year...next week for training days cant come soon enough for me!!!!!!!!! I still gotta get a hair cut though its a little long and as of right now, not in rule with the image rule that KI has...oh well nothing that I cant fix by tomorrow or so... I still have exactly 1 week as of today for me to get it done...

now THAT is something we ALL can relate to on here lol...and congrats you might be a KI addict if everywhere you turn, something in sight makes you think of a ride at KI and you spend an hour or more just thinking of that ride and think of how much you love riding it... you might be a Ki addict if your entire family is tired of you mentioning KI 100 times a day and tell you to shut up about it lol... You might be a KI addict if you constantly try finding something on tv about theme parks and what you really want to see is a special on KI on tv but you know you wont find it..... thats all I have for now...there is 3 more to add to this list EDIT: you might be a KI addict if you see a tv show called The Beast and you think of none other than The Beast at KI and have to read the description 3 times before you realize ITS NOT THE SAME BEAST....

I have also gotten into this deal of which is better than the other in another forum...and in a way, I agree with you, I LOVED the theme of tomb raider the ride...but with the ride experience goes to the crypt imo...BUT if there was a way to combine them, I know it would make everyone happy it would be great..I will agree the theming for crypt absolutely sucks but I think the ride itself is better. and no it is NOT a roller coaster...completely different than a roller coaster...but of course everyone is entitled to their opinion...thas just mine lol

if you love being flipped upside down then you will love this ride.if you want me to try and describe in order what the ride does during the duration I will try to explain it...to be honest, this was my first ride that I rode that went upside down and the first time scared the crap out of me when it was tomb raider the ride...but I loved it. I absolutely love it now as the crypt. I have friends that I got on here and said the exact same thing. there is just somthing about the ride that the first time can scare you but something about it keeps drawing you back to it..

I may be also going solo..im just hoping i will be able to find out when the tickets are selling on the first day so that way i can buy mine and go....this is on my birthday and i would absolutely love this sort of thing as a present lol...im so excited about working this year as well....so yeah, im hoping i can make it to this....it will be awesome..I was sad when i didnt make it to the event in feb....im doing everything i can to make it to this event...

I worked this event as a security officer right outside by the tour busses all day lol...from 7 am all the way until 12:30 am the next morning lol...so yeah long day with me but I got to meet a few of them and had a good time...

please dont tell me you heard that in another topic on this forum lol....there is a reason why no i felt like being silly ... however ... do share why you hope i didnt hear that ... because I was being sarcastic about it in another forum and was joking around saying well before you know it people are gonna start saying that Diamondback is sinking due to improper footer placement or something like that lol...then went on to say if this gets to be a famous rumor, then Im gonna have to choose to either laugh or cry lol...thats why I asked..

I KNOW IT WAS CRAZY...they ended up loosing my application and prescreening papers so i had to do all of that over again, as for my entertainer position, they didnt have any more spots open for trombone so i didnt get that, but I got ride associate! my two rides are Adventure Express and viking furry i got there at 9 am and didnt get done until 4 pm... That's awesome! Rides is such an amazing experience! But I just want to say, have fun height checking all of the munchkins! I have a question though. Did you get to choose AE and VF or did they give you a choice between a few crews or did they tell you were you were going to work? Have fun with the Action Zone crew. They/We are/were the best! no I was allowed to choose anything I wanted and that was the first thing that came out of my mouth, and the interviewer said well if you do AE, then you have to also do VF because its a double position or something like that. so I said that was fine...and as for measuring the little ones, I have to do that with my cousins anyways and they force me to do it every few days to see if they grew any so they can go on the "big rides" lol so im used to that already

im wondering about that with my audition as well lol..with the interview i think they will tell us by either email or phone, but i could be wrong. im not sure either

I know what you mean..it does the exact same thing to me. that would be hilarious....i dont run as it is....you are lucky if you see me over a jog for a few seconds at the park.. I wouldnt say that too loud, they may hear you and will determine that it will need seatbelts lol this is true...ohio has some really weird weather...one minute nice warm and sunny and then the very next day if not just a few hours it could be snowing...

another thing you could do food wise is bring a cooler and bring your food and leave it in the car, like PB&J or something like that. then just make sure to get your hand stamped when you go out to the parking lot to eat
