Look at how Dollywood in Tennessee does a Harvest Fest then turns around and does a Christmas Fest a couple weeks later. They literally are hanging Christmas lights from the end of August through the Harvest fest but you don't notice it because the work goes on during off hours and days. I think Winterfest would draw a crowd, and be good for the merchandising (stores) in PKI. You could buy all your favorite Paramount and HB stuff and enjoy the lights and some rides like the train and indoor activities. They would probably beef up performances a little by maybe adding another venue for those. I'd love to see it come back.
