Phantom Theater

Why did they turn it backwards in the first place?It was a waste of time and money to turn it backward way back in the 80's. But Cedar Fair didnt own the park back then.

Im gonna call them by their new names because its the start of something new.Anyway,me and my mom didnt like paramount.Weve been to Cedar Point and it was great,and KI last year was better than any other year at Kings Island!

I think you might me mistaken here, because KD doesn't have a Flight Deck that I know of. But I'd assume KI's FD logo will look similar to the one at CGA. It did look very different when we got out of the car.The sign was different,The ticket thing looked different without those stars everywhere,the titanic sign was gone,and the parking lot signs (the ones with Paramount names on it)were all gone.It looked so different,and one of the gates to enter the park were open and the sign looked different,like the little flags on the "I's" were on their.

More they one train! that spells Trouble. Nevermind about how they looked different.I looked at pics of the "TRAIN" and seen they were the same.

Yeah,they took off those stupid looking faces on the front!

I think its a GREAT idea to turn it forward!I think it was a waste of time to fix something that wasnt broken way back in the 80's.

PFFF I think not! They didn't just turn the train around for "fair raceing" or "old style". They did it for maintenance cost and insurance, its all about the money. I say on slow days you will only see one side running. I stand behind my words 100%. I think theirs a reason why its called RACER. OK then why go back to both going forwards then? hmmm? when it was backwards they race'd. Like I said on slow days one side will be closed. They only did this for insurance and maintenance cost. Then in my opinion they should rename it to Rebell Yell or Thunder Road.

I wish I could ride a full size tumble bug.I remember at KI the little kiddie bug ( Boo boo's Baggage claim)In HB-Land.Does anyone think that they will try to save the tumble bug at Chippewa?Maybe we should go steal it.

And aslo,Top gun was just sitting on the lift hill and only one side of The Racer was testing.I also heard chain lift going but their was no train (I saw) on a track.

Ok,while we were done getting our pass i went around the proccesing to peek through the fence and Drop Towers old sign was still up,Invertigos train looked different.Then we sat and watched some rides test and I only saw The Vortex,The Racer,and fairly Odd Coaster.The Vortex tested about a billion times,and saw the Recar,but of course it was turned around!

Me and my mom are on our way now to get our pass made!! Gold Pass(I think)

Does anyone think that the Chippewa Lake Tumble Bug could be saved and brought to KI or CP?Maybe even Coney Island or Strickers Grove?Could the Tumble Bugs make a come back,they could improve by making it faster,less noiseir,and less running cost.Tumble bugs look fun and they need to come back!The one at Chippewa is in very bad shape. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt...3US264%26sa%3DN

I still havent seen any photos of Flight Decks sign?Even openinig day at other parks,no one has shown a pic of flight decks.Im really intreiged about what it will look like.

On Topgun1993's video (Winter SOAR 2008) it said that their removing some rows of seats for a more balanced gondala, for more spins!

What about the Phantoms.You know Phantom Theater, maybe at night they come to life and try to break into SDATHC to take it back over but they cant because that darn metal gate always blocks them!

From the sites ive seen Ive been told it was a maitnence plauge.I also think we should get El Dorado,on wiki it says those types of rides ar no longer available.

My mom was working at KI then,but not the day it happened.But when she went back to work she was terrified that she would be stationed at the tower,and a couple weeks later she was,and said she heard whispers in her ear!
