I believe its when 2 people died on 2 unrelated events at pki. One was the girl slipping on flight commander and I believe the other was a shop lifter that jumped into the fountain and was electricuited.

Nope its still there. You can see it from the eefiel tower. There is a story about that side of the parking lot being haunted to. Tram drivers when parking at that end after the day would see a girl and then she would run off into the woods teasing them.
