just curious if The Beast will be running with a little more amp this season? it has been a painful experience under Paramounts care watching The Beast get new brakes added throughout the ride.. taming it more and more... i guess i am optimistic that Cedar Fair would release the coaster and let it run!!! can anyone follow up on this for me?

i think we will see it happen very soon. Xflight i think was an inexpensive and easy addition for the year... and i think making KI a jewel in the cedarfair empire will only help both parks. there closeness and ability to attract people accross the country and world to come and visit both parks should be a strong marketing goal for them. plus, unlike the restricted pennisuala of Cedar Point, king's island as an abondunent amout of land unused and a topography that is truely an asset. i honestly believe amazing things are in order for the future of Kings Island.

what i miss most is The Beast. not SOB but the original beast that ran wild through the woods in my youth. all the additional brakes and wear and tear measures have killed it for me. i am hopefull though that cedarfair will let it run a full force. and an honorable mention goes to the Cobra. i truely miss it.
