I find this sad. Our precious industry is starting to be hit hard by the recession.

I want to say that my first looping roller coaster was Corkskrew? I'm not entirely sure.

I was looking at the webcam today, and I saw 2 trains in the station. There's always been 2 trains in there if I'm remembering correctly.. Isn't there supposed to be 3 trains? Doesn't that mean one's in the station?

Does the Tomb Raider scenery count? If that, then yes. If not, definately the King Cobra.

Obviously our fiberglass nose is in the form of a snake's head. Personally, I think it looks kind of tacky. It wont affect my ride, so I dont care. Opinions?

I guess since the trains are on the tracks, testing will be starting within a few weeks? *Gasp* I hope they add a POV video onto the site. I'd really like to see how the ride fits in with the landscape and how the ride's key elements work out.

I was kind of hoping maybe they would do something with the splashdown where the water flows under the ramps. Anyone else? That would have been a wonderful feature. I doubt there would have been enough time to do such a thing in the time they had to build. I am just happy there is a water element in this ride. I know! Hopefully it'll be like SheiKra or Griffon, where you can just walk by and get splashed if you're hot.

This doesn't really go with much of what you guys are saying, but I hope they plant some grass and some trees around the ride. It'd really add to it.

okay i was there last night. it was pretty packed.. Flight of Fear was like a 45 minute wait, beast was like 30 mins. yeah didn't get to do much.. but what was funny.. when i was waiting in line for carnEVIL, they started playing this clown-like song that went... 'I'M A BALLERINA..' pahaha, thought i'd share.

hey guys, so i was on google the other day and i decided to search tomb raider the ride on wikipedia, and this is what i saw on the page: could this mean we could get tomb raider back, without the triangle of light and stuff? the hindu stuff is OBVIOUSLY not copyrighted, im kind of excited. OKAY, i was at boomerang bay a few weeks ago, and i can remember all the same music cycling over and over. i was about to go mad so i had to leave, why dont they just play a radio station or something?

it cant? never knew that. but yeah, it could use one.

dude, a nitro type rollercoaster would rock. but the chances of that happening any time in 2008 are slim, i could possibly see it being the ' Rumor 2009 Coaster ' maybe. but probably not as land-consuming, although there is about 1/2 of KI's land not in use....

thats sucks, bc i was looking forward very much to a new ride. oh well. heh. but look at the bright side, if they dont use a lot of money on other things at KI this year, and wait until next year to build a new ride, they have quite a bit more money to build an even bigger coaster in 2009!
