  1. Gut what's left of the Action Theater, knock it down , and put it a Ferris Wheel. Now's your chance Kings Island!
  2. Deserves a second read.
  3. Is The Racer really that rough?
  4. So if I buy a Coney pass it means I'm three?
  5. What about the train needs rehabbed? Probably some upgraded theme-ing along the route is all I can think of. Exactly. I'd like to see it be used for something more than just a transport to Soak City with an obnoxious soundtrack.
  6. The Reds Hall of Fame Grill is the only place I'll eat inside the park. The salads are all right. As far as the rest of the park, what a mess. As stupid as this sounds... I'd love to pay $13 for a burger and fries. But it should be "worth" that price. I'm all about quality food, service, quality, etc. I don't mind paying for it. But so help me God, I'm not paying for the abysmal low grade, overpriced, cafeteria food they're trying to push off on people. Sit down restaurant with fairly priced food and a decent, relaxed atmosphere? Here's my debit card. Cold, overcooked/priced JTM burger from the Festhaus? Come on, guys. Kings Island, give me a reason to want to spend more money at the park. You have a fantastic, unused space that could be updated (read elevator instillation for handicapped accessibility) and transformed into a helluva experience. Like a best day ever experience. Sound familiar?
  7. Fingers crossed for an extensive train rehab...
  8. Ahhh. I love this guys stuff. wish I could've ran into him.
  9. *CGI equivalent. Ba dum tsh.
  10. The shed! That's where the green Intamin track is! Of course!
  11. If this turns out to not be a coaster... Consider me shocked. And that wouldn't be a terrible thing.
  12. I say leave the moderating the the moderators, everybody act like big kids, and don't feed the trolls. I'm guilty of the last one myself, sometimes. Today's a gonna be a good one, ladies and gents. Let's enjoy it.

  14. If I'm remembering correctly I think at one point a copy of The Wildcat from Coney Island was slated to be built where The Beast stands today (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I think it'd be a nice throwback to use that name for the new coaster. Granted, it doesn't really fit the Rivertown theme... But I guess that means it would fit perfectly.
  15. This is fantastic and I cannot wait.
  16. I certainly remember the shooting pains in my sternum as I would exit the ride. I also remember how awesome that period of my life was. So much fun, even if i was damaging my body permanently. Totally worth it.
  17. Seems kind of out of the blue. Could they be "testing the waters" so to speak?
  18. As far as the dark ride idea, I was surprised they didn't do anything special for Winterfest '05 with Scooby Doo.* A simple overlay with Christmas decorations would've been really nice, I feel like there was a rumor about this going around at the time. *2005? My god, I'm getting old. Rapidly.
  19. Love it. Miss it. Need it in my life again.
  20. I think there needs to be more spieling...More glockenspiel-ing. Looking at you, culturally confused Festhaus.
  21. Wonderful footage. Thanks for sharing!
