I also have that picture in my geometry book. I love that page, I found it during those times that you drift off in class, I was pleasantly surprised when I found it. Also for anyone who cares, on my grandma's computer, she has a program similar to photoshop and that is one of the pictures used as a template. You can take other pictures and put your face in one of the people's faces etc...

it's probably a trick of the light or camera or something, but the track actually looks gold. Iknow I am probably the only one who cares, and I know that nothing has actually been done to TG. But the gold looks kind of cool...

The coolest looking inversion I have ever seen is on Superman: Ultimate Flight at SF over Georgia. It is called a pretzel loop, and is basically an upside down vertical loop, where you enter the element from the top instead of the bottom.

I rode it for the first time this year in the very back setat and honestly enjoyed it. The only problem I had with it is that i am a bit bigger than some (for now) and it was really freaking difficult to get into the thing. Once I was wedged in though I had a fairly enjoyable ride.

Do you ever actually use all forms of lodging. or do you just not go to a park that doesn't have them.

Do you wanna know what would really suck? Being the mechanic stuck with the job of fixing those things. I suppose you would just get used to it after a while.

I think this topic is overated and overused. I like The Beast,(yay beast), It's a good ride that is a little on the flat side but still solid.

The best drop I've ever ridden was Mr. Freeze at SFST.L going backwards back down the verticle spike was cool. Someone threw a penny and dropped at eye level with me for a while, then all of a sudden it flew up or we sped up or both. The other cool ride at SFST.L was The Boss, there is a spot of level track and then it drops like maybe four feet you see it coming and know exactly what is going to happen. But nothing can prepare you for it.

76 degrees!? Holy Crap. However, leave it to Six Flags to not only screw up a good thing, but also give the afformentioned good thing a crappy name. El Toro? Honestly. As long as we don't have to run with it. I'm looking forward more to the voyage it sounds cool.

I agree, KI isn't in to breaking records anymore. However, if they want build a taller wood coaster they can, just because one didn't turn out well doesn't have to mean that they all will.

I think it's better to build the building first because then people like us who pick at every little detail don't really know what's coming. You just have to ride it and be surprised.

Waiting more than maybe a half hour at a theme park is re-freaking-diculous(sorry, I heard that word today and was dying to use it.). For those of us who can only afford to come once a year and want to ride everything you can in that glorious 12 hours, you have to take your pick as to what you can wait in line for. Some things I'll wait for others I won't. Also, I can remember not too long ago when everything had long lines every day of the week. Now for whatever reason if you pick the right day you can virtually walk on anything. I suppose that has to do with CDBB and other things.

I don't know what roller coaster I could do without except maybe Reptar. I really like all the water rides, but given a choice I'd get rid of CF. I would get rid of TR:TR, the theming is going down, and it's a one trick pony in my mind. As for flats, the carousel, I haven't ridden that in years. I don't much care for waterparks since I don't look good with my shirt off if you know what I mean, but the ride to get rid of in there are those body slides that I can't remember the name of. Ther's like four of them on the same tower, they look gross and kind of hurt. I really like all the rides at PKI and don't want to see any of them taken away.

Because it's Six Flags and they like to do wierd stuff like that.

maybe they can run an electric current through it so when you touch it it zaps you. Then when the train gets back to the station, anyone with smoking nostrils and frizzy hair automatically gets ejected from the park.

I can't believe the season is already ending. It seems like yesterday we were talking about walking in on opening day and kissing the bricks.
