What is the worst park you have ever been to? EVER!
I think hands down the worst park I have ever been to would be Cypress Gardens.

The Crypt
I got sick but it wasn't because of water. It was the combination of being in the cold that day then the very next day getting on a plane and flying back to Florida. I was very fortunate that year. I got to buy a season pass because my mom lived in Indiana while I lived in Florida so during the summer we went 15 times. The season pass day was the best all year though despite the cold!

WLWT Video About Kings Island 2008
I would guess that they wouldn't have parts (obvious coaster parts) sitting around during the year until they announce. That's assuming that they announce it this year. I doubt they will though. Hmm I think a lot of parks build the lower parts of the track before announcing what the ride is going to be. I remember walking through Bush Gardens and getting on my friend shoulders to see what was behind the wall and they had all of the lower parts of Shiekra placed well before they anounced what the ride was going to be.

The Crypt
Haha I was there that day! But we rode in the back row on the ride and didn't get wet. It was rather cold that day I had to buy a sweatshirt in one of the giftshops. I tried riding SoB w/o it and that was a mistake!

WLWT Video About Kings Island 2008
Shouldn't, by the time of HH there be coaster parts back there anyway? And as Interp has already stated a real construction zone is a pretty hazardous place!

One week and counting
Good Luck with that the reason we left Florida is because the economy down there is going down hill way down hill. Brevard and Orange county are two of the lowest paying counties in the state. I would deffinatley stay away from Brevad because as the space center begins to move out so will the money.

One week and counting
Maybe to me the Novelty of living right by Disney just didn't appeal to me but its all a matter of opinion.

One week and counting
Maybe if I had kids I would agree. But living 30 minutes from Disney I went a couple times and after the third time it just wasn't fun to me. I think KI IMO is more fun for the thrill seeker.

Looks amazing can't wait till Sunday to take a picture with it while waiting for the rides to open up!

Another Sneak Peak: Flight Deck, Invertigo Signs
If you are planning on using it for a few seasons you could just cover it with a cover or tarp of some sort that matches the wall. Saving both time and money. That can be done to look pretty good some sort of fake paneling to just cover could work as well. Would you put it above Cedar Fair to just simply cover it with something like this Silver Tarp ?

Another Sneak Peak: Flight Deck, Invertigo Signs
Well heres a thought if they plan on using the same house for the next couple seasons it might take less time and effort to just do the metal panels then to go through painting it every season.

Something Old Becomes New Again at Kings Island: Red Racer vs. Blue Racer, Season Pass Processing, 2008 Entertainment Lineup, Halloween Haunt & More
How many of the rides at KI use to have manual brakes? I'm guessing maybe just The Racer and some of the defunct rides?

I am very glad myself that the braking is all automatic now.

That would suck I wouldn't trust a 16 year old kid with the brakes any way. I'm pretty sure you would need some more training to do that.

Sorry I'm still getting the hang of typing w/o looking and I try to do it quickly. My bad.

Exactly. I have seen ride ops who literally doze off, then people scream in anger, and he wakes up and starts the ride. Hmmmm,That would scare me if he had to do the brake run. What do you mean had to do the brake run? The breaks are automatic.

Another Sneak Peak: Flight Deck, Invertigo Signs
I like Flight Decks sign do the colors of it though have any indication as to whether they kept the same boring gray track color or not?

What ride do you plan on riding first in 2 weeks?
How is that freaky? ^^ Or are you talking about Toucan Sam hanging above his bed?

What ride do you plan on riding first in 2 weeks?
Haha yeah I was thinking about asking if I could have it when they were done with it.

What ride do you plan on riding first in 2 weeks?
While working at Kroger today I was taking out trash and saw a display rack for Kings Island tickets. A note taped to it said they will be put up for sale tomorrow. It got me even more in the mood to go. I only wish the display wasn't all covered in SpongeBob. Oh and if anyone would like to know the ticket prices were. 24.99 for and adult. 19.99 for children and seniors and 44.99 for a two day pass. But I think anyone who reads this probably already has their season pass.
