I ha e ridden it over and over and I love them. Obviously it was no reason to move them to PCar but who gives a crap now! They are closer to me and one of the best moves paramount has done, for carowinds atleast...

Thats true but in the business aspect of things, the park will most likely get a couple new attractions and make the others "like new" Carowinds overhauled basically all of the rides in NC this year and added new motors and spruced it up because its cheaper and time effective just to do that vs ripping out a ride, get the land right and adding a similar if not the same ride.

WOW...If I was just browsing this site for the first time and saw this thread first...I would just turn right around and not turn back. The dude is entitle to feel how he wants to feel. Its just as immature to counteract what some of you guys are calling "his immature" thoughts with personal critizisms. Its like some of you guys think its the end of the world when someone dissagrees w/ what PKI do. So just to let you guys know that what you are doing may make you feel like the "king of the mountian" but it makes you look like the jackass's of the barn... Oh yeah, and it makes people not wanna read the boards since its filled w/ personal attacks...

Based on what carowinds did...just add some cut outs on the inside portion of the ride...nothing like taking out the horses

Sorry but the land were frenziod is basically being used for the expansion. Although im excited about this expansion I was expecting atleast one adult slide in the expansion...But hopefully it will be compensated by way of actual themeing!

Yep thats good ole carowinds! If you squint and tilt your head to the left you can see the flyers in the background!

This weekend, yesterday, was the huge ace event that takes place yearly at paramount's carowinds. But this one was totally awesome because it provided some night ERT on top gun, hey arnold! taxi chase, and none other than the flyers...here are some cool pics of it in the day time... and at night... Maynbe next year the folks of pkicentral can all plan a trip on down to paramounts carowinds for this event! Its fairly cheap because this year, w/ a season pass all I had to pay was 9 dollars...cant beat that!

this may **** some of you off but at carowinds if you buy 2 passes each one is like 49.99!

Ok it says they use the same trains as the jr inverters but do they still swing? From the pics it looks like they do but hey, ya never know...

Im glad you had fun at carowinds! Its def. a great park and can easily become a home away from home!! Just wait the park isnt finish just yet!!

from looking at the video (from the tour) Im guessing its gonna be fish tailing on the walls of the auqa duct....

**let me set the record straight** -The flyers has a totally new dual PLC system for faster start and quicker stops. -The speed of the flyers are basically the same, if not faster -Officially snapping isnt allowed, but off the record who's gonna monitor you. -its just a ride scheme people! I wonder if they would have gotten the same response if they were converted into danny phantom flyers at PKI? And lastly, a majority of you guys here are season pass holders USE IT! for what its made for.

look at the last picture in my post ( the one right above your post) and that is the flying duchmans revenge ride. Its basically a seastorm ride that has alot of suprises!

The platinum pass was implemented last year. Its just the same name for the season pass and its quite colorful from the just white and blue ones. The new website (cant see it now at work) was suppose to go online on the first and it was mention that it was gonna be kinda like a new design and they were gonna update the ride profiles so that scooby's haunted mansion would no longer have a lift hill!

Actually the flyers got a serious, complete overhaul with a whole new drive system and all! So capacity will be higher and everything can run smoothly. Most of the attractions theming isnt done yet. Themeing plays a big part in this expansion. The flyers will have a city back drop and the hubs will have lots of graphics and dora exploras train will be a sure fire winner among the crowds. We got to see the renderings and were told that the attractions will look like it!

I after the construction tour yesterday I do think Pcar will give PKI a run for its money!. Remember the award is for the best not the biggest kids area and they take everything into consideration!
