So are those supports for Orion?

Interesting, the first picture didn’t look like much clearing but now I see it. Something is going on here.

For arriving I would say give yourself 15 extra minutes on when you plan on arriving because sometime going through security can take a while. I would say start at Invertigo then head to FOF and Orion, (tip: don’t start at Orion because people with Gold and Platinum passes get to ride it 30 minutes before park opens. ) Then after that head to Mystic Timbers because the lines for MT can get frustratingly long in the afternoon, Probably then Diamondback because you are right there, Then head to stunt coaster Because it is low capacity, And then I would say re rides or whatever you want to do until night time. Then I say first night ride should be Beast, then Mystic Timbers and Diamondback, then head over to Adventure Express ( it is a very very underrated night ride ) then Orion. Also Banshee is one of the best Inverts out there so I recommend doing it also if you have time. Have a good trip!

It sounds like the weekdays are just walk ons this year! I agree! The park has never looked better! I think Fury 325 is better but I feel like if you put Fury at Kings Island it just doesn’t work I think Orion is perfect for Kings Island and is my second favorite Giga behind Fury.

I would say probably more than usual I wouldn’t say extreme crowds I could be wrong, probably long waits for The big attractions and indoor ones.

Did the lighting hit any of the tall structures? It was crazy today.

I agree on Invertigo, it isn’t that enjoyable to ride and it is really dizzying. Maybe take out Congo falls and Invertigo and put a coaster that goes over the entrance like GateKeeper and Fury 325. I think The Bat should stay, at least for a little while longer it is so well tucked back there that I can’t see anything else there besides The Bat.

Maybe something to do with like a maintenance building being worked on. Probably not a new coaster sorry everyone.

Are they repainting it back to Topgun?

That is shocking! Wow, I think if they were closing it for good they would have said something… Is there a sign out front that says anything about it?

Sorry to Double post, issues seem resolved they are running 3 trains, trains are going up lift hill when another train hits the over banked curve at the end.

That is awesome! I notice on the Orion webcams that Orion trains’s are stacking, 40 seconds after a train hits the break run the other train goes up the lift and the one behind moves into the station. Is this because of what happened in April with the train not stopping? Because I was there last year and as soon as the train hit the break run they would send one up the lift.

I hope it is, with a board walk behind it that would look so good.

Honestly I am relieved, I know that may sound weird but think Cedar Point has already so many great coasters don’t get me wrong I would love another coaster but they really need some nice areas to hang out walk around, maybe some nice restaurants over looking the water that would be great.

What did B&M change on the surf model compared to the stand up version? I Rode Vortex not to long ago at Carowinds and that was so painful the Inversions are so hard on your legs.

I agree, I think Cedar Fair is going to watch this very closely to see how it goes.

Does anyone know if Sling Shot was listed in the list of rides they were painting for the 50th this year?

Do the stones go by every year? Or when something significant happens at the park. I could see something like a flat ride next year.
