Silver Dollar City’s policy is similar to KI right? When KI announced theirs that is what I thought of.

The Bat being down again is reminding me of Volcano’s final years. I hope I am wrong. I don’t know what is up with our Drop Tower lately. I hope it gets fixed soon. June will be a year since it last operated. I am confused by the last one, I don’t know what that means.

With almost two weeks till opening day I don’t think the Diamondback repaint will be completely finished by then. I think they will paint it as the season goes on like they did Racer. It is listed on Early Entry rides starting April 15th so they plan to have the ride open then but I just don’t see the re-paint finished by then.

I 100% agree. I’ve been saying Mack Multi launch for quite a while now. I just think something like Copperhead Strike with a couple of Inversions and some ejector airtime would do some amazing things for the park. I have said Mack should try a stall and Europa park’s 2024 coaster will include one. I just think a stall over the path leading to Coney mall from Rivertown would just be incredible. It would interact with the guests perfectly. We don’t have anything like it in the park it would be completely different.

I’m a little surprised that there is no Mystic this year.

I noticed it says first look at newly painted Diamondback. So that might mean it won’t be ready by then. They also mentioned the retracked Racer will be open for preview day!

I hope they do soon. Having a racing themed ride in a jungle themed area is a bit strange. I know a lot of good snake names have been taken already but why not theme it to a snake of some sort? The ride already looks like a snake with those snappy turns. Give the trains snake tails as well.

Did they mention if the CP tours will be staying this year?

All the lift hill supports visible on the webcams are now completely painted.

Diamondback’s first two supports on the lift hill are now completely painted. They have started on the third one as well.

Really? Interesting. From what I heard it was the guests that asked the park to remove the magnet. I agree though. Taking it off might not be the best decision for guests. I know I would enjoy it though. Lol.

I wonder what other Cedar Fair parks will submit plans this winter. Super happy for Dorney!

You are right. Kings Island has completely removed Fast Lane Plus. All the rides that were on FLP are now listed on Fast Lane. I wonder if this is because how long the lines were at Haunt. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Also this isn’t about Fast Lane but I found it interesting. Cedar Point offers 4 Experiences. Only 2 are listed on the website that they will be going on sale soon. I wonder why they took off those experiences.

I 100% agree. It would be a perfect fit for the park. Have it have launches like Ride to Happiness. Take off the steel plate that controls the spin and add crazy elements and boom perfect fit for KI. Plus that type of ride is very rare and would bring in tons of guests. ( Of course not everyone might agree on taking off the plate that controls the spin that is just my opinion )

KI really needs a multi launch in their line up. I was thinking something from Mack or if TTD goes well then I could see Zamperla multi launch. I am hoping 24 but I could very well see a 2025 or 2026 coaster. We will find out in the coming few months!!

This confirms the gravel in The Vortex plot is for the fireworks. Which most likely means waiting at least till 25 for a coaster there. I assume they don’t want to work on a new coaster at the same time as launching drones for the show.

On the webcams I thought the yellow supports looked brighter. Then KI said the support color is changing to Mushroom brown. That is what I was laughing at because 1 hour after I posted that KI said they were changing the color of the supports to not be yellow. Lol. I haven’t seen mushroom brown on any of the supports yet. Just the images here.

Right after I post DB’s supports look brighter, KI goes ahead and makes me look bad with a post that says the support color will change. Lol. I am really excited to see the finish product! I think the new support color will fit much better in Rivertown.

I agree. I don’t think they will add much onto the layout, maybe 1 or 2 more elements. I hope they decide to go the Red Force route and just add a small airtime hill that gives ejector. There really isn’t any airtime on Ka with the trims being on the hill. You might get a little bit in the front.
