When I was recording back in May by the first drop I could hear the metal on metal to, I miss the load roar!

How good is Kings Island's 2009 roller coaster collection?
Has anyone else noticed that vibration right after the hammer head turn? you can't feel it in the front seat. If you ride it enough it'll give you a headache, or even worse a splitting headache. That's the only turn off I get when I ride DB.

Ride count on Diamondback?
Yeah when I got there around 6:30pm Sunday very light, later in the night many times there wasn't anyone in the station to DB. I had an walk on front seat, then rode again in the front.

Totally drenched on the Log Flume
Last time I rode the log flume was back in the summer, don't think I got drenched. But I remember on year, after a heavy rain over night, they didn't get the water out of the boats so, there was three to four Inch's of standing water in the bottom.

Ride count on Diamondback?
Well tonight got 15 rides on DB, two were in front seat. That has to be the two coldest ride's I've ever been on, when I left around 11:10pm the temp was down to around 35 degrees. So at the bottom of the first drop it felt like 16 degrees out, in the front seat. My count is up to 82.

Ride count on Diamondback?
Thanks to getting in four ride Sunday night in the chilly cold, I'm up to 67. Has anyone else noticed, the train's don't make the loud roar anymore? I don't think its the cold, I rode Mantis in 50 degree weather and it had it loud roar.

I rode Red Racer Sunday night, it does look a lot better. Can still smell the paint.

Cold Weather
Thanks, Jasper If I remember, there is a start up temperature. The three wooden coaster are around 35, the steel coaster were around 45 to 50. But that could have changed.

Yeah they do take the 3rd or sometimes the second train off a coaster for early off-season. Sunday most of the day was perfect, in terms of crowds.

DB lines during HH
Last night it was two to three train wait, from middle to back. A few more train's wait for closer to the front.

Cold Weather
Well I was there last night, the temps were around 45 to 50 degrees. I did that math, at the bottom of Diamondbacks first drop at 80mph, the wind chill was 30 degrees. It was just down right cold!
