    I've tried to call several times and have sat on hold far too long or got disconnected....that is why I reached out here. I am working a full time job during their hours of operation and would rather figure out if I can or cannot get this information by calling rather than sit on hold all day long. But thank you for your obvious response to my question

    If I lost my gold pass for the 2020 season, can I call to obtain my pass # so I can load the pass to my app vs. purchasing a replacement?
