I just enjoyed haunt this past weekend, two weeks ago I was at Horror Nights at Universal. As far as comparing the two KI is so much better. Don’t get me wrong, as far as props, design and costuming, Universal has that hands down. When it comes to what haunted attractions are supposed to do which is scare, KI takes that award. Universal has everyone go through in one solid line which is horrible. Save your money and stay with KI. Happy Halloween.

Imagine going up the hill, getting above the fog and launching back down into it. That will be awesome! There have been times on DB during haunt when fog has covered the bottom of the first hill, it ads a whole new experience for the ride.

This should be 300' TALL drop, not long. The length is 447'.

A RMC T-Rex replacing Vortex? Bringing back SOB? Heading back into woods to play around dad a little bit? I know there are several that hate that idea, I love it. That would be a dream come true for me. RMC even said a T-Rex could be 400 to 500 feet tall. I’m not saying that’s what’s going to happen, odds are it won’t, but if it did...

I know the outriggers on our aerial truck on my department spread out 20’, and our Bronto is 114’ tall. I hate to see what their spread is.

Some have the top of the hill above, even with and below the horizon with this camera angle. What's your guess? GO!

The support is on the bottom of the track, came from CSF already done for those pieces.

Are there any hotels that offer transportation to and from the park? I have a room at Residence next weekend but would rather have a ride.

I’ve seen a few people talking about getting a RMC Raptor. They do look to be a fun ride, but they are not people eaters. They’ll need a coaster that moves patrons quick through the line. Back when Vortex opened the line stretched way out from the station but still moved fairly well. If they reuse the station (which I hope and pray they do) they’ll need something with at least three trains with higher capacity.

I think with the terrain and the wooded space behind it they can create an incredible RMC or multi-launch coaster to replace it. You could even take it back further into the unused space of Beast.
