Kings Island General Discussion 2026
Camp Snoopy being next to Rivertown is not bad for cohesion if it was leaned into more.

New Kings Island Front Gate and Entry Plaza
Maybe I'm thinking they had the floral calendar at the entrance for a time in the 80s.

New Kings Island Front Gate and Entry Plaza
I'd like to see the floral clock brought back to the right of the front gate. Maybe even a more central area of a new front gate plaza.

Tower Topics is becoming AI Slop
I enjoy the show. My 5-year-old asks to listen to it every morning on the drive to his kindergarten. I'm not a fan of the new bumpers. I usually skip them. I'd rather listen to Don or Ryan introduce the episodes topic than a computer-generated voice.

Invertigo: The Next To Go?
What do you think the odds for Six Flags to move any of the Six Flags America rides to KI? Their wild mouse, Ragin Cajun? The SteamWhirler? The Wild One (which was moved once in the 80s)?

Bye bye, Boo Blasters
Use the WB license in the FX Theater. Although they’d need more storage elsewhere because that theater has just been a warehouse for a long time.

Bye bye, Boo Blasters
They could easily have it finished within 8 months. If this was the plan from last year's "family-thrill attraction" announcement then Sally Rides (rumored) will have been working on the ride elements for a year already. Also, there could be a closure of the Peanuts meet-and-greet on September 1st if there's the expansion of the ride footprint.

Bye bye, Boo Blasters
There's little reason to close on September 1st and not after Winterfest if the building isn't going to have an attraction at some point next season.

The Bat Removal Rumor
Would you take 4 Action Zone closures (Bat, Drop Tower, Invertigo, Congo Falls) if they were transforming the area to a DC Universe area within the next 4 years?

The Bat Removal Rumor
I'll liken possibly closing these rides with no warning to the guests/fans to how I found out the Milford Frisch's Big Boy was closing today, 12/17. It was a rumor on Facebook that it was a part of the next round of Frisch's closures. I told my wife Sunday morning that I'd like to go that night in case it was true. Went and enjoyed what may be my final Big Boy at the restaurant my now deceased parents went most nights in the 90s and 00s to have coffee and dessert with friends. Server confirmed the rumor; she had been trying to say good-bye to all her regulars over the last 22 years she's worked there. I guess it may make sense from a thousand miles away to close things with no warning to just get it over with, but it's probably not the ethical thing to do.
