Chat Summary!
Last year when they actioned off seats for TR:TR, the proceeds went to charity. I dont think that the bids are too much for someone without a pass, because it includes park admission for the day.

Skylab
KCKC was an ok ride, you didnt really get wet on it. Thats why the line was always longer on Kings Mill flume, you got wetter on it.

A bit off topic...
I live in Colerain Township, 25 min. from the park.

Grumblings...
When you turn 16 you are able to be in rides, and I'm not sure what else. However thats if there are open positions left.
-
Grumblings...
When you asked if they were hiring people under 16, did you clarify for all departments. Because Foods, Games, and Merchandise will hire people that are 15 1/2 years old. However all those positions could've been filled up. There are only so many positions to offer, and I guess all those positions were filled up.

Days of thunder
Thats correct Fyrfyter, The technic used to obtain the 3D image on Action Theatre is that there are 2 cameras which are off set by about 5 millimeters by the time the image hits the screen.

Days of thunder
It seems to me yoru contridicting yourself there. First you said that DOT couldnt be brought back because of "A new screen" in the theatres. Than you said that both screens were changed and you knew someone who changed the screens (plural). If that is true than Meteor attack couldnt have been shown on the other side if it was "A special screen"

Where is everbody working?
Lets not even get going with the Zephyr song, we had the lyrics hanging up ehind Flight of Fears control booth last year. "Fly away on my Zephyr. I feel it more then ever. And in this perfect weather. We'll find a place together. In the water where the scent of my emotion. All the world will pass me by Fly away on my Zephyr. We'll find a place together."

New PKI Employee
I'm going to try to get water senrty this year, just to have. One person, at al times on each water ride has to be water sentry trained.

I Need To Car Pool.
Only thing about carpooling is you really need to find someone in the same department as you becaue the shift times are different. For example in open in rides is 9:15 to about 4:10 , and a early in games is something like 9:30 to 6:00.

Job Fairs and New/Re Employees
I can't really remember what you go through at oriantation, because its been 4 years. But i do remember the Fish video, it was abouta group or workers that works at a fish store, and it just showed how they worked as a team, and all that stuff. You will probably also go through park policies and such.

PKI UPDATE?
OTSRs, and Horse collars are the same to me, they both go over my shoulders, but there is a slight deifference, which has to do with viewing. However the dicitonary on Coasterglobe says this, Horsecollar - A type of restraint that swivels down and over the shoulders. Not to be confused with an OTSR. OTSR - Acronym for Over The Shoulder Restraint. A type of restraint that comes vertically down over riders' shoulders. These allow for a better view than horsecollars. Call them wnat you want, but as far as im concerned teh 2 terms are interchangable.

The Beast
I actually enjoy riding FOF with the lights on, as long as it is all the lights and not just the roof lights or something.
