Am I the only one who thinks a Vortex redo by RMC would be super ugly and should be done by someone else?

I think you're giving too little credit to the GP community, lots of people LOVE The Beast the way it is.

It's old, it's outdated, but I'd argue those are no reasons to get rid of it. I'd seriously miss the ride, as it's one of my favorites there. And it's still one of the more popular coasters there. Really don't think there's a good reason to demolish it.

I've always thought about making that section of the park into a Monster themed area. Or something like it. You got Banshee, you got Bat, I'd like to see what would happen if KI kept going in that direction.

"The Bat is going to be demolished next year. They already took out some of the brakes and track, just look at the ground over there!"

Still would like to see Vekoma try a giga coaster not gonna lie

Not to mention its a classic styled racing/dueling coaster in which guests can really interact with each other, which arent really made that much anymore.

Cedar Point doesnt really need to remove any coaster to add another one.

So I got back from KI about 2 hours ago, and yeah I actually agree about Vortex being "smoother" than Banshee, it's weird!

Mmyes if we can get a revamp the Arrow suspended that'd be greeeaat. I'd also like to see Chance/Morgan do another Arrow Retrack, but instead keep the same layout and update the trains.

I honestly hated the "Ride Warrior" commercials. "I was BORN on a roller coaster!" eeeeuggghhhhhhhh

I thought something seemed different on Vortex! I only got to ride it once, and when I first heard it was down I was thinking I would miss my chance to ride it! Nice to know it got new wheels.
