Yes. I used this on 2 occasions this year. I got FOTL for The Beast and Diamondback. I got Invertigo but just gave it away to some random person.

Do they change the songs in the shed? It seems like everytime I go, I hear a new song that I haven't heard before. Just yesterday I heard Cars by Gary Numan which I never heard before. And I haven't heard Maneater since Coasterstock weekend. The only constant song I've heard has been Total Eclipse of the Heart.

I visited last night and I thought it was incredible! Posting pictures doesn't even come close to capturing how great it was. It's something you have to be there to experience. I got the hot chocolate in a Beast mug, and 3 kinds of fudge. Their holiday fudges are incredible that I couldn't just pick one. The park was a little on the crowded side but I managed to do almost everything I wanted to. I got 3 MT rides by using the single rider line. It was worth the 3.5 hour drive. I'll be making it a tradition to go to Winterfest every year.

I ended up getting 3 rides last night. It didn't feel too bad on the ride although it was a little chilly during one of my rides.

Seeing that the high is 46 with sunny weather, snow won't be an issue either on Saturday.

Looking at the forecast for this Saturday, looks like temps won't be an issue.

I'm planning to go to Winterfest on December 16th, and the forecast says hi of 34 (I know that's still a long way out and that could change and probably will). Would MT be able to run? I'd probably only take one spin on it.

It would be nice if they brought back the photos for FunPix. Same for Firehawk.

Not the Goodyear blimp, but I saw these 2 hot air balloons fly over the park last Saturday.

Then I might want to get Food Lane+ those days.

Since some users including myself over at Point Buzz were talking about this recently, I just want to say that AE's trains are superior to Cedar Creek Mine Ride's trains. I can ride AE with no problem, but the lap bar on CCMR makes it so uncomfortable for me to ride. I wish Arrow would've updated the trains on it while they were still around. And it looks like CP is going to do their own "What's in the shed" during Halloweekends on CCMR.

I see they are having dollar days at the park this weekend when I will be there. It will make this trip easy on the wallet! And I like that the blue ice cream is included in the deal. During dollar days, are the lines for food longer than the rides? lol.

Wonder if Flight of Fear would be open since that's indoor?

I see amusement park souvenirs at my local Goodwill outlet in Canton, OH quite often. I have found a Geauga Lake cup, a Lightning Rod Cup, A KI WindSeeker Cup, a CP Maverick cup, and a Top Thrill Dragster souvenir cup.

With Steel Vengeance opening at Cedar Point next year, that will be the main draw. This will be an off-year for KI, with nothing major added. I could see something like an antique car ride going in. But I wouldn't expect a coaster or major flat ride.

I'm surprised some of you don't like KI's haunts. I went last year to Haunt and was very impressed! I only got to do a few because of crowds. But my group is planning a trip for haunt in October.

Of all the KI haunts, the one in the DOT theater is my least favorite. I think they could do something better with that building.

Last night I had a dream that I was in the Cincinnati area for some reason and I only had time to go on one ride at KI. I ran for Mystic Timbers. There was no wait and in this dream, you could turn the seats backwards. I chose to ride backwards.

Maybe a giga. But a ground-up RMC would fit nicely in the lineup as well. Hopefully both of those come at some point.

Yes. That location seems like a waste. I even hear from regulars that it's rarely opened. I think they could even put a couple more Freestyle's throughout the park. I wish some of the Refresh stations had been made into Freestyle's instead. I really like the flavor selection at Freestyle alot better.

Just a little while ago, I got a call from Robin Igney, the mechandise supervisor who offered to ship me a replacement as soon as I send mine back. I never expected them to do that! A++ customer service from Kings Island!

I just contacted the park. They took my name and number and they said someone from that department will be in touch with me.

This weekend at Coasterstock, I went to Red's Hall of Fame Grill. I really liked that food and it was a great value. The pulled pork was amazing! I also have to get the blueberry twist ice cream every time I go to KI. That stuff is great!

I'll be attending my third Coastermania this year. My first year was a disappointment. There were huge crowds which defeated the purpose of ERT and there wasn't much else aside from that and the lunch. But it was free. However when they started charging and limiting attendance, the difference was night and day. Much lower crowd levels and the cruise was added and the cruise alone was worth the cost. However, since CP is my home park and I go many times throughout the year, I'm even wondering why I should participate in an upcharge event and be there at ungodly hours when I can ride those coasters any time. Attending Coasterstock gave me that thought. Since I'm 4 hours away from KI and I don't go there as often, that seems more worth it. Plus all the stuff that was included like the drink wristbands (although I have the season drink plan), the lunch, the t-shirt and the bag. I'm starting to think maybe I should've done HWN instead, I've never been to HW.

Today I was in a little bit of a hurry and didn't check the shirt size before I bought it. I got an L instead of an XL. Would the park be able to do anything if I contacted them? I'm 4 hours away and won't be back soon. I hung onto the receipt. I know I'm most likely SOL. It fits but it's a little tight.
