So Terp, what was the resolution to your problems at Carrowinds? I am polite in these kinds of situations, up to a point and then I go thermonuclear. I would have initiated a chargeback with Visa right in front of them and probably not budged from GS until the park manager showed up and personally asked me to leave or security escorted me out. This is interesting because at KI yesterday they cleared out SC at 1:30 becuase a brief storm and told all pass holders they did not need a hand stamp to get back in. My youngest had banged his knee on the surf ride didn't want to walk a ton so we ended up just going home. I think that was just a test. My boys rode it the other week and there was no VR available. Given the inherent issues with current gen VR, I can't imagine any park ever requiring a rider to put on a headset.

I suspect if you want a better naked record it will have to be a private event.

I think it was this thread where we discussed wearing shirts on the body slides. SC has changed their policy and now allows you to wear a rash guard on a body slide IF you tuck it into your trunks. This worked very well for us today and made them much more comfortable on the back and we had no problems on Tropical Plunge. Thanks KI!

While I would be very annoyed with the issues described here, management rectified the situation in all cases, correct? I haven't heard stories of CF kicking a family out to the curb and denying entry.

If the facts presented by the media are accurate the parent's actions make them Trash. Jury is still out on the kids.

^^ Especially if the humidity doesn't break by then. Thinking of going Wed or Thurs. I know for slides it is better to hit SC first and then dry park in the afternoon, but by 1 or 2 it could be very miserable. Can you get into SC for ERT at 10:30 from the train station? My boys have not been on FOF or Firehawk yet so thinking of getting there at 9:30, knocking those out and then hit SC. Then maybe going back dry mid afternoon.
