It's related to Rivertown but based on the supposed name it's hard to tell what the hell they have up their sleeves

Does anyone know if you have to file building permits to clear land of trees? I don't think they've had any construction up to this point that would require additional plans being filed. I think it is likely that final plans have now been filed with the city of Mason as they are now going into grading and footer work. I think those two items would require separate plans to be filed.

Summary of coaster net video: It is a wood coaster. Based on footers in the engineer drawings they have ruled out RMC. They believe it is a GCI. Based on the lateral supports or lack there of they believe it is a metal truss structure. They believe it to be a small wood coaster likely a family ride and no higher than 70 to 100 feet tall and not really fast.
