  1. Now time to open something that will be available every day the park is open.
  2. Nice to see GCI taking over for this, and actually getting a wooden reprofile and not making a hybrid. Overall looks to be exciting that some companies do what they can to preserve their wooden roller coasters.
  3. It's fun, and some things you'll wait for, but it's a once in awhile thing anyways. The park hasn't received an upgrade in years, or potentially since it was built. I prefer Kalahari for indoor water parks, I had a huge blast there.
  4. Indeed, I posted the spoiler which was why I was surprised.
  5. Things in a spoiler thread do indeed come through on Tapatalk. Very surprising
  6. Forward thinking gets things done. I mean, yesterday you said tomorrow... So just do it.
  7. In the words of Shia Labeouf Just do it. Don't let your dreams be dreams.
  8. It's a fun ride minus the overly ridiculous loud anti rollbacks. However, the ride at this park is less enjoyable than being next to a highway in Northeastern Ohio where it belonged. How I miss that place.
  9. Busch parks rumored to be on the market in 2008...how I even feel that's relevant for 2016 as well, and how that somewhat concerns me.
  10. Not I. It'd be fun to look at but not ride. Drive your car on the freeway once winter hits. and roll all windows down and stick your face in the incoming air. Enjoy the frostbite
  11. "What is not but could be if..."
  12. Cedar Point for Valravn Dollywood for Lightning Rod, and to laugh at Wild Eagle Kentucky Kingdom for Storm Chaser Holiday World for Raven Busch Gardens Williamsburg for Busch Gardens Williamsburg Carowinds for Fury 325 and Hurler, and food Busch Gardens Tampa for Cobra's Curse and Falcons Fury Kings Island for the fountains and a few rides here and there.
  13. Valravn* Being a B&M I would venture with very close, efficiency is part of the paramount of their success.
  14. I learned the hard way to stand on my tip toes when entering brake zones on that ride. If I didn't, well, I would probably be sterile
  15. I never understood the appeal of Mantis and other stand ups. Lets stand all day, then stand on a ride, but when the brakes hit, say hello to an optional vasectomy.
  16. None, cold weather and windchill, I'll pass
  17. The land value actually hasn't changed too drastically. The cash they pay on for that land hasn't changed through reappraisal for years based off some records I've looked into. That park will shut down, it's just a matter of when. The day Cedar Fair leaves those cities though, I'll be curious to see their reaction.
  18. I have had the idea of doing my Stag Party at Cedar Point, but unsure if that'll be the final location. I need to find someone to marry first before I start thinking of that though
  19. HAH, Oh the residents make me laugh http://www.cleveland.com/west-geauga/index.ssf/2015/12/bainbridge_residents_give_wish.html#incart_2box Their wish list is such an utter joke. Maybe if you didn't hate the park like you stated you did back in the day and help it grow and develop a tourism destination, it alongside with the supersized growth induced by SIX, the park may have thrived... Now, enjoy your lake of footers.
  20. I don't care either way. Voyage is is an alright coaster. Some love it and that's fine, but while they marathon the line, I'll head down to Raven and enjoy it all day long.
  21. Just avoid Doswell and go to Williamsburg.
  22. ^It needs paint before anything I also wonder if that green light on Raptor goes both ways. It'd be nice to see it from the parking lot side as well.
  23. Cincy isn't far from me, and worth the drive. The view alone makes that location amazing. I'll always head over there to splurge a bit and then walk off the calories through Sawyer Park.
  24. Never had a Reuben, I may give them a try. But that Boathouse is just a bit south, and oh so tasty.
  25. Even being a native, I never got the appeal of Cincy Chili. Spaghetti noodles do not belong in chili, ever.
