It's been a long time since I have posted here! Anyway, if anyone has any "prediction" at all (and I know it's not possible to be totally sure), how would you say the crowds will be tomorrow, for Fathers Day? I'm heading down there and would just like to know. Thanks a lot. We hope to get there early, and we already have our Maxx passes from CP so at least we can bypass the front entrance line.

If I had to guess, I'd say they'd be slight lighter than a typical Sunday. Simply because there's a lot more to do on Fathers Day, like cookouts and whatnot. Of course as you stated, there's no way to really know.

Thanks a lot BoddaH1994! One more question, you said the crowds would be slightly lighter than a typical Sunday, but what's a typical Sunday like crowdwise? Lol, I haven't been to KI lots of times. Thanks again.

Sundays are typically less crowded than Saturdays, but they do have their fair share of guests. The best days to go are mid-week, like Tuesday through Thursday.

A friend of mine turned me onto going to KI on Fathers Day as yes it is much less crowded as other typical Sundays. In fact we have not missed a Fathers Day at KI in years. Sadly we will not be going this year on Fathers Day as they are predicting the temperature to be in the mid nineties plus the fact of the high prices for drinks and such, we just are not as motivated to go as often unless conditions are just right for us. Go and have a great time, let us know how it turned out for you.

If I had a dollar for every person who has randomly told me they plan fewer park visits this year due to high prices: gasoline and IN PARK prices, I'd be a wealthier man...I could probably even buy lunch for four in the Fest Haus.

I see a year of fewer admissions and lower per caps unless something changes. I really think CF has drastically overpriced their in park items, especially food.

Yes I went all day one time and had to get food went to the Festhaus and got a Bacon Cheeseburger w/ fries and a Drink COST ME 15 BUCKS LAST TIME I BUY FOOD AT KI!

When I went on Saturday, I bought two slices of Pizza and a large drink for ten bucks...it was expensive to say the least...but I didn't really have a choice at that particular moment because I was hungry and had no transportation to leave the park and come back.
