Hi all, I have brought my family down from MI to Kings's Island every summer for a few years now and after finding this great website thought I would ask for some tips.

We usually stay at the Kings Island Resort mainly because we like the option to just ride back and forth on a bus through out the day.

Any other hotel recommendations? Any that provide transportation to KI? (Wolf Lodge is probably a little too expensive).

Any hotel or KI trip advice would be greatly appreciated!

On 6/2 and 6/3 my hubby and I made an impromptu trip to KI. We stayed at the Ramada Express in Mason. The rooms were clean, the TV worked, and it was just $79 + tax for the night. It was the lowest priced hotel in mason, and we checked them all. And it's only about 10 mins on the interstate to KI. We went the back way, and it took about 30 (had to go through town).

I'd certainly shop around. Kings Island Inn is right across the street and they do offer a free shuttle service, so it may be worth it if it isn't much more expensive.
