    CoastersRZ; You are probably right, maybe a question and answer thread here may have been better. My thinking was tying to get anonymous answers from members, so that’s why I went with the Polls. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. I’m just trying to take the time to plan this trip right and to give the attending members input in the process , as this is the first trip that I’m aware of for PKIC of this magnitude. I am presently putting a Web Site together now to use in the future for the gathering and dispensing of information, regarding the PKIC trip.

    Yeah, linking to a separate survey site that allows multiple questions would make more sense.

    Answering the original question, I'd like to do a catered picnic, if that option is available, at least once.
