I read on another site that morning ERT on Avatar and Beast. The return of the scavenger hunt. Beast and Son of Beast tours. Evening ERT on Beast, Drop Zone, Flight of Fear, and Delirium. Should be a hella awesome time.

Oh man I can't wait for Beastbuzz. Last years was awesome. SOB walk back will be cool as hell. Plus i can take all this pictures I want. (my nagging girlfriend at the time hated me taking pictures). I can't wait for it.

I doubt they've finalized that much detail about Beastbuzz already. Usually that kind of stuff is done much closer to the event.

Regardless, yes, if you haven't been to Beastbuzz, you're really missing out. I think one of my fondest memories of PKI is Beastbuzz 2004. It really is a blast and it's almost like a gathering for PKIC people, so you can put names to faces.

Other than personal feelings about some people involved with BeastBuzz, and the website therein, I would like to go, but I will most likely be working behind the scenes anyway.

Plus I made my appearance in a maintenance truck last year at Beast, almost running down the majority of Buzzers, so those of you who were there should remember that.

You don't have to be an ACE member, but I think you do have to have a CoasterBuzz screen name to register. You do get a discount ($4-5 less) by being a CoasterBuzz CLUB Member - it's $20 to join, and can get you into park-sponsored events such as HoliWood Nights (HW) and CoasterMania (CP).

They haven't posted a flyer yet on CoasterBuzz, which will show what the costs are. You also get a discount if you have a Paramount Parks pass.

Yes, if you have a Paramount Park pass you do get a reduced price. Last year`s prices were as follows:

$40 for Coasterbuzz Club members without a Paramount Park season pass.

$16 for Coasterbuzz Club members with a Paramount Park season pass.

Non Coasterbuzz Club members may attend the event for an additional $4 over the above prices.

On site registration (member and nonmember) was $45 without a PP season pass and $25 with a season pass.

In one of Jeff`s posts over on Coasterbuzz, he said he believes the prices will be the same as they were in 2005, which was the same prices as in 2004.

I`ve never been to BeastBuzz. In fact my first coaster event was Beast Bash this past October, and I`ve been an ACE member since January of 2001! I think I might just have to attend this event! It seems like a blast, and will be a good way to end my co-op quarter before a long ten weeks of classes at UC in the summer (yuck!).

If it was a site like Screamscape, I would tend to agree with you. But even though Jeff may come off as being brash or arrogant, but he does not post information without the facts behind it.

That's true...and while I was agreeing with Tom, I guess I shouldn't jump to conclusions about the guy, either.

I'll just use Beastbuzz as an opportunity to actually meet him and judge for myself, in person, if he's as bad as I thought.

From what I've seen Screamscape seems to be pretty accurate on a lot of things. Yeah, they seem off base on some things but more often than not they seem to be right on.

It's not that I don't like Screamscape, but in thier "Rumor Mill" they post all the rumors that people send in.

I was only stating that CoasterBuzz has been the "go to" site for BeastBuzz. If Sceamscape would have posted the infomation on BeastBuzz before CoasterBuzz I would have my doubts.

Yet it is funny on how people with deep connections with one site seem to dislike other people from other sites more often than not.
