My friend want to be a character.

Does anybody know when Kings Island has try outs? He is 6 foot and male.

PKI Entertainment has already had auditions and begun casting for the summer season, which includes the Character Department.

Just so your friend knows......6 foot tall is awfully tall for the costumed characters, most of the nick chacters take a shorter body.

2) 6 feet might be little too tall for any of the characters

I would advise you to look into other positions (Escort, Usher) in the Entertainment department if thats where you want to really work.

If he really wants to be a character, tell him to be an escort. The Nickelodeon Parade has characters that don't need the full body costumes (Like Sporticus last season). He might be able to be one of those guys.

If thats all he didnt that would probaly limit his hours and it wouldn't be worth it. I would never be a Character casue those things probaly get too hot.

At 6 foot the only Character that he could be would be Scooby Doo. But it would also depend on his build.

Each costume has strict size regulations many set be Nickelodeon.

Costumes also run 20 degrees hotter than the outside temp.

It's too bad they don't have the Star Trek characters walking around anymore...6'0" would be a great starting height for a Klingon!

Amen! I wish that PKI still had Star Trek characters. It's make PKI look more like a "movie park".
