I was sent this survey and wanted to pass it along...looks like Paramount Parks got the rights to the Addams Family because there is a cool Addams Family Diner Concept.

Maybe in 2007 we'll see the Addams Family Reunion Coaster after all.

2005 Food Survey

What ever happened to that TVLand Diner idea? I loved that and I'm hoping they didn't drop the idea in favor of splitting the shows up into their own mini-eateries (Happy Days Diner, Addams Family Diner)! I told them they should resurrect the idea and stick with themed sit down restaurants and maybe add a character dining to a Nicktoons Cafe or something.

ADDAMS FAMILY!!!! I would love to see something themed to my fav paramount movie in PKI.I really hope Paramount got the rights to the addams family.

So yeah I voted for the addams family diner that would be so cool for fearfest.

I think Pizza Pizza might be the brand name of the pizza they serve at Canada`s Wonderland. If you noticed, it refered to the survey at the top as the PCW 2005 food survey. Most likely Pizza Pizza is the equivalant of LaRosa`s at PKI. It is like LaRosa`s pizza cerses a generic frozen type pizza is what the question was refering to.

OH oh... so I guess PCW will be getting a new diner then.

If they get an addams family diner...I will so go there! and hope PKI gets something theme to the addams family SOOOOON.

why would it suck? I think its awesome, I spend like 105 dollars for lunch and dinner over a year, so it would help alot

Yeah it would I spend almost that when I go to PKI I have to eat at the park because I spend all day there when I go.

I love all the food at pki. But the cost of the food is expenceive.

Tha 35 dollar add on whould be great. I mean that is like a 9-10 dollar meal and if you get that everytime you go the park go there 4 times to get your moneys worth or go there 5 or more times to get a great deal!

And lets hope that they get the free pop!!

I agree when you stay at the park all day like I do you need to eat sometime and that pass add on would be great!

That pass add-on would be great but the only cafe/diner concept I cared for was the addams family Diner and CBS cafe.

The only themed eatery's I cared for was The Addams Family,CBS Cafe,Tomb Raider Grill and M:I Grill.

I don't understand the thought that Paramount Parks "must" have worked out the Addams Family licensing issues since the theme is listed as possibility. The Addams Family coaster was also presented (in detail with conceptual art even) on a previous rides survey without the rights being secured, so what makes us think this survey mentioning a restaurant would be any different? If anything, mentioning AF attractions may help them assign a value to the licensing rights for attractions based on consumer input.

Yeah, I liked the "TVLand Diner" concept from a previous survey too... I imagine getting the rights to the number/variety of media properties that would encompass would be problematic.

Right, and it's through the surveys that they know how much interest there is in each concept. My point was that *just* because it was mentioned on a survey, didn't necessarily mean all the legal stuff had been resolved...

I hope that they did work out the Addams Family licensing issues. The AF coaster is one of the coolest concepts I've seen presented, and it would be a great addition to PKI.

The AF Cafe...well, that theme use doesn't excite me quite as much

I hear a Nicktoons Cafe will be apart of the NU expansion the Krusty Krab snack shack will mostly likely remain the same.

Huckleberry dairy and the rest of those other eaterys will most likely get torn down and replaced.

You know who has good food - Holiday World! The Alamo! Kringles Pizza. I think Kringles is even better than PKIs pizza or even Pizza Hut!

I doubt that they tear down the Huckleberry Dairy and replace it with a new building. Why? There is nothing wrong with it, unless they want to use that area for a new ride, or use it for indoor seating space. While the menu options will obviously change, as well as the facade of the building, I would imagine it will be the same structure that stands today.

So yeah I think most of those lil eaterys will be gone because I heard talks of Nicktoon Cafe and plus the Krusty Krab Snack Shack that will go with the new spongebob squarepants themed area.

Well, there is already a Krusty Krab Snack Shak, located right by Runaway Reptar`s exit (on the left side by the Nick Theater). I would assume that if a Nick Cafe comes, that it would occupy the spot of Wings. But I don`t know what they would do to the Rivertown themed buildings on the back side of Oscars by the Backporch Stage.

They where asking about the price of food in the park which is good they charge to much. I can leave the park and come back and still have payed less for what I would have got in the park. As for the themes most of them are already in PKI so I don't see anything other the Nick food area. Its just a food area with a theme with the same food all over the park they should lower the food alot more people would stay the hole day.

Those are part of Rivertown, not Nick.

I know that those are a part of Rivertown. But if they retheme Wings to the Nick Cafe, they will be cut off from the rest of Rivertown. Wings, is right across from WTRA. Retheming Wings into the Nick Cafe would mean that those buildings would be in Nick Universe, and not Rivertown anymore.
