While I attendend today's abreviated season passholder day, I noticed that there is a strange new formation rising from the spot of the old Flight Navigator ride. For now it looks to be the skeleton of something that might resembe a bubble like figure. So, of course my question is does anyone know what this could be?........

Sweet. I hope whatever it is, they use the Flight Commander queue...For some reason, the pictures I've seen of the queue, it looks really neat.

Hmmm. Very interesting. It almost looks like the Borg Sphere (although less complicated at this point in time) that can be found under Borg Assimilator at Carowinds.

They cemented in the old entrance. That queue goes nowhere.

And one of the main reasons they cemented the old queue stairs was because of their location. Very few rides load from the center like Flight Commander did. Now, I wouldn`t mind seeing them reuse the shaded area of the queue and rework the approach to the concrete pad for a future ride. I just wish they would install a ride there that is a ride and not a pay attraction!
