This is a fantastic system! Glad it made its way to the Flags!

Great plan and I think it will help a lot, but will only succeeded if communicated out well to all the legacy patrons of the change. Otherwise the employees at guest services are going to have a very hard time with the angry customers. Lets hope the corporate PR is aware of the change and gets it out there far and wide.

It will be essential they get news media outlets throughout the region to do a standalone story on this now, and they follow up talking about it as part of the opening day stories. Otherwise, as you mention, guest services is going to have a very hard time.
