  • I have changed some settings that should stop the ads sliding down from the top.

  • Sure! Google keeps enabling new "Ad Experiments" and makes it difficult to disable them. I've gone through and turned them off wherever I could find them. I'm not sure if it happens instantly or if it

Is this an upcharge attraction?

I thought all these ads paid for the attraction :P

I would assume the ads help offset the cost of hosting.

On a related note, if we ever did want to do a KIC cruise, BB Riverboats here in Cincy has group outings as low as $26 a person for a sightseeing cruise as long as you can guarantee at least 50 people (or you can get a discount on a public cruise if you don't want to have the entire boat to yourself)

Bumping the topic. Getting ads auto scrolling down from the top of every page of the site.

I am not seeing this on desktop. Are you seeing this on desktop/phone/tablet?

We will probably need @Dane to look at this.

I didn't make any changes. Let us know if they come back.

They are back both on mobile and desktop. Screenshot is from mobile.

I don’t mind ads but when they become extra annoying and the same type of drop down/pop up shows up on every single page, it becomes unfriendly/annoying to the users.

The ad is constantly taking up half of my mobile screen and I have a Pixel 9 XL Pro, so that's a pretty big ad!  @IndyGuy4KI I know kic has bills to pay, but is there a way to make this less intrusive?

I have been getting some of those half-screen ads recently too. They're not crazy bad yet, but it would be nice to not have them take up half of my screen. Great job taking care of the other ads so far though!

Paging @Dane. I am pretty sure he has to take care of this aspect of the site.

I'm not sure what's worse - this or the one I got yesterday about Oprah. At no point have I ever had any desire to see either one in a bikini :P
