The true location is the refill station in Rivertown next to Pizza and games. When was it open last ?

I have not seen it open in my visits this year.

 

Another meta realization thing on this thread- if King Ding Dong comes back, he's going to have thousands of mention notifications with no idea why.

Don't worry, though, the bar next to it is always open and fully staffed!

I cannot remember ever seeing that particular refill station open it seems. Seems there is always a lot of people any given day through that area of the park. I think I got a drink there once...ha!

Would’ve made more sense if they’d incorporated the new bar into this area so one person could staff both (and you know it would be open as long as alcohol sales were involved. Make the bar look like a stand to drop you luggage in front of the train station. Maybe even 2-3 tables made of trunks stood on end with “suitcase” stools.
