New App released today.

KI finally released the new app version which mirrors the CP and Carowinds app version released earlier. The new app looks to be a welcome change from the previous version. Looking forward to seeing it in action on Opening Day 2024.

I'm really liking the detail in the new map. Everything from the placement of the trains on the coasters, the SOB station, the detail of the rides and attractions. Someone spent some time designing the map. Also the app itself seems quite a step up in terms of user friendliness.

so I have the new app and see myself and my daughters pass on my pass list, that is ok.

However, my oldest son has it and he has himself, his wife, me and my daughter's pass on his pass list??????

What?  He has bought their passes for years and lives across town at other address.

Anyone else seeing this oddity?

I am pretty sure passes can be linked to multiple web accounts.  It makes no difference who actually purchased them or pays for them.  At some point in the past they were added to both accounts and never removed.

The only oddity I have seen is I see no way to see the all park passport add-on, and in the Cedar Point app it lists my season long Fast Lane and the Kings Island app does not.

Yeah,  my Dad`s pass showed up in my app as well and he doesn`t live with me.  That being said, we have drink plans on four of our passes, and it isn`t showing up in the app for my son, but is for the other three of us.

I noticed that too, it had me sweating at first but as you said it showed up on the other app.

More observations, I did not renew my pass, instead I purchased a new one for 2024.  So the app has an expired passes button under my annual pass.  Clicking it shows last years pass complete with the add ons and a Fast Lane voucher I never used from when I renewed the pass showing it expired in 2022.

When everything is actually finished and working we might be able to actually see vouchers.  Being able to see free tickets and vouchers tied to our passes would be good so we know everything actually worked and can just see when they expire.

One last odd ball observation, the old pass has a different expiration between the Kings Island and Cedar Point applications.  Suggesting the pass expiration is park dependent.  Which I was not aware of.  Not many parks are open past December 31 so likely does not really come up often.

Is this just on iOS? Don't have it on my android device yet.

I had to uninstall and reinstall earlier,  and that updated it.

Strange, I see the all park addon on the Kings Island app, but our passes aren't recognized on the Cedar Point app..

Nope.   I could see my son on mine but not other way around.  NEVER been linked
