Hello everyone, Im new to the site, and I jsut want to start of saying how awesome this site is and how great a job the staff here does. I wanted to see if any of you guys could help me. Right now Im building a recreation of PKI on RCT3. Its coming along really well and I think its gonna be extremely cool when its done! Unfortuanently I've run into a snag. Today I finished the main entrance and started work on International street and got the Eifel tower elevators up (oh yeah by the way most of the rides will be at approximately their correct height in the recreation) and I put in the pond in front of the tower but as I looked through the RCT3 scenery objects I realized that there is no fountains!!!! What would International street be without any fountains? So I wanted to know if anyone knew how to make custom scenery for the game or knows where I could get some? Id love it if you guys could help me out with any suggestions you have for the recreation too. It should be out about a week after the park opens (so I can go through and see all the changes and ride IJ:ST) Ill post some screen shots soon.

I have some PKI rides in my RCT3 game, AIM me if you would like to see them.

If you want some fountains I think you can get them at RCT Pyro.

Keep in mind IJST may not be open on opening day.

This is something that will be a problem, with new people registering and not having posting access to the community forums for a week, things will end up in the main forums.

honestly who cares. does it really bother you that its in here rather than the community forums...seriously. and if it does bother you...then why???? doesnt it just save you time from going to the community forums. I dont get it. With the community **** you have to check both it and the normal forum if you want to keep up on all the posts. Doesn't it seem like it would make sense to merge them both so you can view everything on one screen??? its the most logical thing to do, but these community forums that have been created do the exact opposite.

You bring up an excellent point, and that is why more changes are still to come with the community forums. You'll just have to wait for now, though.

Sorry about that I"ll post in the right place next time. Yes, it is taking a logn time to make the recreation and there is a great amount of detail going into it but just to make sure the detail is even better I am going to wait for the expansion pack so I can have Delerium and X - skyflyer and even better detail.

^I'm sure you'll need the expansion pack, not only for the rides, but also because a park PKI's size just simply wouldn't run. With RCT3 as it is right now you'd get in maybe half the rollercoasters and the game would crash and you wouldn't be able to access it anymore. Hopefully the expansion pack fixes this problem.

you are pretty much right, today i was messing with it and i ran out of room to expand The Beast too, and the game crashed, I will defiently need the expansion pack

I have only made a few coasters i am still use to the old RCT style of building rides. They have a look-alike Delirium ecept not as many seats and you sity on the inside.

Yeah, in the new expansion pack they have a 100% creation of Delerium! Check out some screen shots from my recreation: let me know what you guys think!!

You did absolutely NO justice to Top Gun.

Even though Top Gun is insanely off, I'm impressed by the rest. Good job.

I really didnt like how you did Son of Beast or The Vortex but I know that I couldn't do better so I cant complain.

If you all read, he said they are all in sandbox mode waiting to be placed in the park sandbox. Don't criticize him without reading. He also said he will be waiting for the expansion so it's not the final park. Your doing a awsome job with the park, keep it up!

Yea I would have to say great job. I have used RCT3 and I know its a lot harder to use than RCT2. I would have to say you did a great job with the coasters so far. I know I couldn't do as well so I gotta give you your props.

Yes I am aware TOP GUN is way off. It is going to be fixed. Flight of Fear 1996, i didnt even post shots of Son of Beast, that is The Beasts Que House. Im pretty sure Vortex is jsut about right.

I never said it was The Vortex was wrong but I just didnt like how it was done that is all.

Vortex is about as close as it can get. The positioning of the Corkscrew and Loops is a little off, but its more accurate than I have been able to do in Roller Coaster Tycoon 1.

Top Gun is way off. Check out the photo gallery here for ideas about how it looks in real life.

For some reason, I can never get top gun accurate anytime I play RCT games.

I noticed that the que lines are not right at all. On most PKI recreations I have seen they never were right. Are you going to make accuate que lines?

FOF is also off. After the cobra roll, there is an immelman (sp), dives back down into a camelback, then it starts its insane banking runs.

Yes, of course all the que lines are way off, the coasters were built in what is called "Sandbox Mode". For those of you that dont know, sandnbox mode allows me as much room and money and resources in the game as I need to build the coaster. I then save the coaster and place it in what will be the final park. After the coaster is placed the que lines are constructed, and yes In my recreation the que lines will be as exact as can be!

That is sweet I cant wait to see what it turns out like.
