Tomb Raider: The Ride

Featured Replies

That's a pretty lame coaster to have a Tomb Raider theme in my opinion. Oh well, at least it isn't my home park getting that crappy coaster. ;)

Having a coaster named Tomb Raider is nothing to brag about. What PKI has with TR:TR that makes it unique is props from the movie. The Rover automobile, the stone monkeys, and the Brahma were all used in the movie. Additionally, many other props were used as well.

So PKI fans, don't be sad that someone else in the Paramount family is using the Tomb Raider name, we have the better ride at PKI.

Have a great day!

Couldn't have said it better.

Im glad that aint going in PKI that coaster is a waste of land IMO

It wouldn't be a waste of land since it is so compact. Anyway, how can you say that when you obviously have never ridden the coaster?

Why have another ride name After TR when we have one here @ PKI

Why not have another ride at another park in another state name a ride after TR:TR? Most of those park visitors will never visit PKI because of geography.

Besides, we have 3 coasters at PKI with the name Beast. Additionally, several Paramount parks have rides named Reptar, Vortex, Top Gun, etc.

It says the colors of the ride are 'Yellow' and 'Seafoam Green.' How does that have anything to do with Tomb Raider? Not a very good choice, imo.
