Can Ohio ever have a state fair without something terrible or odd happening?

Point taken but this was not the State Fairgrounds.  Union County Fairgrounds.

It's still turning into a "Florida Man" situation. :D

Future new story: Ohio man sets up roller coaster in back yard for his 5 year old’s birthday party.   Annoyed neighboors complain to authorities.  Dad arrested and sentenced to 10 years.

I'm wondering what the thief/thieves plan to do with it. Most people likely don't have the proper electrical hookup for such a ride, not to mention the space it would take up or having to explain to others how you suddenly ended up with a roller coaster

This takes joyriding to a whole new level.

Stealing something as conspicuous and distinctive as a roller coaster doesn't seem to make sense, but criminals usually aren't the brightest of individuals. Hopefully whoever owns this ride is able to recover it.

I suspect the goal is to sell it for scrap steel. There are haulers that will come pickup for free anything made of steel.  BBQ, driveway basketball pole etc.  One would hope the yard he takes it to would be suspicious and alert authorities.

So, sell it to Michigan's Adventure?
