When my family and I went to Kings Island in October I entered the Lykins Energy Solutions with my phone in which you could win a V.I.P. Tree Lighting Experience At Kings Island, and today I got a message saying that I won! I’m so excited I just got talking to them on the phone and Cedar Fair will be contacting me shortly I’m so excited!

    It says that I won a V.I.P. Parking too, I’m curious what exactly that means I’m assuming it means close in the front of the parking lot.

    @kingsislandfan1972 Sandwiched between the associate lot and the handicapped lot is a little mini-lot with two rows marked by signs saying "VIP Parking". I walk right by it every time I'm walking in to work.

    It is right in the front of the parking lot and it is as close, if not closer, to the front gate than Preferred Parking!

    Update: The Tree lighting will take place on December 16 I had just received an email from Kings Island! I wonder if the Tree Lighting will be on Kings Islands social media pages.

    I think they do a tree lighting every night. Unless I'm wrong. Winterfest begins Nov 23rd according to the site.

    This was the tree lighting ceremony last year.  Definitely a great way to start the evening off.
