That article states Coney BBQ is a “gluten-free restaurant”, but also has Mac and Cheese and hush puppies.   Have had rice Mac and cheese before and while different is not bad just different texture.   Interested to know how they make the hush puppies.

    Based on Kings Island comments on their Facebook page, they are not starting it's a gluten free restaurant... But that it will have plenty of gluten free options... But it seems like cross contamination will be possible. That said, my celiac family has had good results at island smokehouse (which isn't a dedicated gf facility)

    Hush puppies are corn bread based, could be made gluten free.

    Mac and Cheese however probably not.
