I still think they should do a New Year's celebration now that they are open through December, guess I'll just have to hope for it in 2019...

Initially yes.   More are usually announced as they deem necessary, particularly later in August I beleive.

That's mothers day and fathers day which is typical.... they also usually do memorial day weekend, 4th of july weekend, labor day weekend and then several Sundays in the fall
