    Yes you can. Just take the train over or you can walk to and from. Just remember that proper attire needs to be worn on the dry side (shirt, shorts, shoes, etc.).

    Soak City is included with admission.  You don't pay separately for the water park.  You can use either entrance, at least as long as SC remains open.
