How to change a photo on a gold pass?

Hi! When we first went to Kings Island they told us the pictures we uploaded weren't good enough and to change them but I have no idea how. Does anyone know how to change them or if we can just go to season pass processing and get a picture taken there after it's been used? Thanks!

    You can go to season pass processing to do that, yes. Just bring your pass and a photo ID, telling them that you need to take a new picture.

    Pass photos can't be changed online, except when renewing your pass.

    I order a pass online and the photo I use I no longer like if I ask will they retake my photo
