If RMC Hurler could get a first drop like Storm Chaser, that'd be swell. 

I don't have any pictures, but I've heard that they have moved some of the track to the inside of the turns. So hopefully we will see some real action soon.

Another question is if Hurler at Carowinds gets the RMC'd will it be a clone of the KD Hurler?

I wouldn't think so....I'd think they'd have a similar start but they'd be unique. Cedar Fair isn't really a pro-clone chain.

That's very true point. Come to think about it, aside from kiddie rides and the cloned rides from Paramount, the only major cloned Cedar Fair ride that comes to mind is WindSeeker. Great job CF, keep being original!

This isn't six flags we're talking about. Cedar Fair has more class.
As for Carowinds' Hurler, there's really no telling what's going to happen with that. I hope that they just tear it down and build something from scratch. I know I've said this many times before but Carowinds NEEDS a GCI.

Though I'd like to see it, I don't know how much they'd NEED one. They got rid of their racing woodie not too long ago so if that's any indication on how much the GP liked riding a wooden ride, a GCI would seem, in my opinion, pretty far fetched. 

Well, to be honest, Carowinds' wooden collection even with Thunder Road was hardly anything to write home about. 

Unless they can do something completely different from KD's Hurler, it would be better to just keep it as is because I've heard this one is actually bearable.

Honestly, I'd push for Carowinds to get a GCI or maybe a Premier Launch Coaster. I don't think they'd get anything ridiculous like Fury anytime soon or a B&M but a GCI around the size of MT or a Skyrocket 2 or custom Premier would be a good fit as they don't have a launch coaster.

It's bearable but it's extremely boring. If they took it down it would give them a lot more room for expansion, especially since that's a fairly popular area now due to Fury.

Im thinking that 28ft is going to be added to the height of the structure. My first thought was going to be airtime moments but I said to myself that with how the layout of the ride is that would be extreme.

Judging by the angles of the supports, it looks to be getting an inverted drop a la Storm Chaser.

 And that's a very good thing.

That already exists, though not at a Cedar Fair park...it is a wooden coaster though.

'Timbers' is the new 'Hawk' of CF. 

It might be just a teaser, sorta like Splintercat. Now that I think about it, Splintercat wouldn't be a bad name for the RMC Hurler

I think it would be cool to have a coaster at KD named Twisted Timbers, with similar theming of MT at KD. I'm hoping this happens!

I don't think that would be really original seeing as both parks are really trying to become more individual

This coaster is gonna provide some gooooodddd airtime. CF going all out with this and the New coaster at CP Steel Vengeance aka RMC Mean Streak

Looks to be an incredible fun and airtime filled coaster. Might have to get to KD next year for a ride.
